Funny, what a jokester. The NSX is a good Honda, nothing more.

 

And we could say that a F355 is a good 348, nothing more.

 

A good 348 is still born of a long proud racing heritage

 

The NSX is the best car honda could produce, the Ferrari's 3XX series is the bottom of the line Ferrari's. So the best of honda's came close to the cheapest of Ferraris.

But still, Honda couldnt produce a better car.

 

It sure is! As is a Citroen.

Can a modified NSX be quicker around a track than a 348 or 355? Sure. Is it better? Most definitely not.

 

Glad that ol' "348 or NSX" thread is gone and that we're now taking the high road.

Was walking with a friend in a parking lot and she pointed out an NSX and asked me what it was, i said it was Hondas attempt at making a wannabe Ferrari, she said "why bother", good answer I thought.

You guys are everything that is wrong with Ferrari and why I dont want one. It is people like you who are tarnishing these great cars. I bet there is a growing population of Fchatters who want nothing to do with you aswell.

Like I said, I could TODAY be driving a F430 instead of my NSX and I wouldnt even notice the difference in the cost of the cars. I love the F430; it is AWESOME. But for me, the NSX, being 100% trouble free and better than the Fcar on a number of fronts (all personal preference, but dont discount the role that "image" plays in it), made it the better choice.

So carry on if you like, but do so realizing that you are horribly misguided if you believe that you are automobile enthusiasts. You're no more so than the vette driver who believes that all Fcars suck because his Z06 beats them down the 1320.

 

COOL, this is still going on. I love the I could be driving a 430 but prefer the NSX. Cost is no object... We seeing you can get a great NSX for $30K I would splurge and put the Ferrari in the garage. It has a full warrenty, and you can sell it and make a few bucks after driving it. you won't even need to be in the BROTHERHOODS forum, as you would have stepped up, Hell, while you are at it, get a McClaren as well

 

Well to biowankers credit at least his car is not a normal anemic NSX. He put a supercharger in it! I guess they are not fast enough in the "stock configuration"?? hmm....

 

The NSX Type R, in stock configuation, beat a 360 on a racetrack...

 

Well, I guess that is your cue to sell your 360 and buy the NSX Type R .

 

Put it all in perspective. I hope we (brotherhood) didn't buy our cars to be the fastest kid on the block. There are some kids in town with crazy horsepower civics that are probably faster than my car, I wouldn't be caught dead in one.
Biobanker, I saw your car on prime, very nice. When I was looking for my new car it was between yours (spa yellow, 02) and the ferrari. I had an NSX 93 Blk/Blk I wanted what I felt was an upgrade into car heritage, the ferrari. So back to what I said a week or two ago.
I thought I was on top of the car world with my NSX, and life couldn't get better, then a ferrari pulled up next to me.
Biobanker, beautiful car, would love to have it in my garage along side my car.

I had done my homework and was all set to get an NSX. But instead I got a twin turbo Supra. Now I was thinking again of getting an NSX but, the 355 and Viper SRT have caught my attention. My friend has an 00 NSX. Beautiful car. But it seems like I cant pull the trigger on one. Even my girlfriend told me I should sell the Supra and get an NSX. Damn her. But she loves Vipers too.
