SEC says their fake. (Like your escrow offer.) In fact the proof you are speaking of is the crux of their case. And as ownership of a bond is easy as hell to prove, if Mr H did not do it in 24 hours he is full of it.

ok so why did the sec when asked? did you call the federal reserve to prove owner ship of the bond? sec-no. did you call euroclear to prove the bond? sec-no. did you look at the gsccca.org website to see the ownership of the bonds? sec- uhh no. Also if you look at the cshd vs. sec docs, the sec wanted the boa to step down their position granted if they were proven as fraud. why did the judge just give the company a tro (temporary restraining order) and not enforce actions against the board of directors if this was fraud? hmmmmm....

 

hmm i know! because the sec's allegations were baseless, and they had no proof of fraud.

Did you guys bother to look at the GSCCCA documents with the actually notarized at Banco Central De Venezuela and Treasury Ministry, stating that "the govenment of the Bolivarian Replublic of Venezuala gives full ownership of $500 million USD bond to Conversion Solutions (CSHD)"?

Signed at the bottom as well as notarized by the treasury Manager of Banco De Central Venezuala, Geocomad Espinoza, as well as the Vice President of Banco De Central Venezuala, Eddy Reyes Torres.

Hmm, Is the Central bank involved in this fraud as well?

hmm also do you know who the caracas group is? Just to let you know they're the ones that owned the bonds but gave ownership to cshd. fyi the caracas group is a us government backed group situated in venezuela. They are against chavez and the venezuelan government. also fyi the other 300 mil bond that the sec is claiming fraud is an actual ucc note issued by the U.S. government. You can see all these documents on the gsccca website. hmmm are you that poor to not be able to afford $5 to see these documents and once and for all cement yourself as in idiot for criticizing someone without any proof? i need to be vindicated. please go to that site. who knows after you see docs you might become a shareholder =).

We tend to be rather successful, hence the forum's main topic, and don’t listen to people like you. You know, people that are afraid to even fill out a profile? And why would all your "proof" be based on the same lie and on a bank itself under suspicion of attempted market manipulation? uhh yeah. accusations without proof again? where is your proof? is that why i made $200000 with this stock? and i'll be at $1.4 million when i recieve my 6:1 addtional shares when this starts trading again. Also when it shoots up to $10 before christmas that's $7 mil bud. I think i'm rather successful at what i do, and that is i day trade stocks. normally i don't hold positions longer than 3 days but this stock amazes me. If you know what your doing, you can make millions trading pennies. I've played many stocks but none like what cshd has to offer. It is the stock of a lifetime.

ok so where does it say that the central bank of venezuela is under suspicion of market manipulation? The only market manipulation i see here are the naked short sellers. It's obvious you dont know crap about stocks and that's why you can't bring any proof to your claims. what a wasted mind! If you did know, because of the amount of naked shorts in this stock it will create a huge short squeeze that will make the stock go higher and higher. I can see this stock going to more than $30 within the next two months, and i can put my money where my mouth is on this statement.

hey dumb*** do you know what euroclear is? if you dont' google it. these bonds don't trade in the u.s. market. they trade on euroclear. do you know what that is?
