    I find it hard to believe you are commenting on my phrasing and spelling. I mean BAC for you symbol happy people out there. (But Ron is a moron and I can see how he would miss it.) Ron here, seems to think someone even 200,000 miles away can swindle an escrow account with them.

    And with out further a due, I would also like to point out post #6 in this thread....

    This fits the definition of a proposal. Anyone doubting that please check the SEC web site on the subject. The key line is this one...


    This is a solicitation. He is offering his services in this venture in clear violation of SEC rules as well as state and federal law. If he is silenced he is violating NASD and SEC rules. If he is not he is breaking federal and Ca state law by purporting to be a financial advisor, if not a trader.
