Here is a paragraph from a much longer, poorly written, letter to investors from the CEO and Chairman of the Board, Rufus Paul Harris. I have included the link as well. If my ten year old neice wrote or spoke this way my brother would feel like a total failure.

"We, as holders of 14 different companies, to 17, depending on the projects of that company, and we have 6 new projects on the table that we are reviewing , so there may be 20 or 30 by the time this thing is complete, totally diversified your holdings by owning one stock. Now, that's a new concept. It's something that isn't done. It's done in the high end finance world for people that's got $20-30 million dollars in the bank, and they diversify, or you can diversify through a 401K, or something of that sort. But it's just much simpler, we just come up with a concept and said why not do it in a new company? Why not do it in a publicly traded company ,and spin off every single subsidiary so every shareholder holds shares from here on out? It's something ...if you're a long term holder in the original corporation, you'll wind up holding 100% equivalent of your value, and it maybe even greater...at the least, in the market. Now, is there any questions?"

(Conversion), located in Kennesaw, Georgia, and Rufus Paul Harris a/k/a Paul Rufus Harris (Harris) of Adairsville, Georgia. Harris is the Chief Executive Officer of Conversion. The Complaint seeks, among other things, injunctions, disgorgement of ill-gotten gains and civil penalties. The Commission also filed an application for a temporary restraining order and other relief.

The Complaint alleges that, from September 26, 2006 through the present, Conversion has been disseminating, through press releases and Commission filings, flagrantly false information in connection with its assets. As a result of the false information, both the trading volume and price of Conversion's stock have increased significantly. The Complaint alleges, among other things, that Conversion and Harris misrepresented through press releases, and in Forms 8-K and 10-KSB filed by Conversion, that it had acquired ownership of two separate Venezuelan bond issues with face values of five billion Euros and five hundred million dollars.

The Complaint alleges that defendant Conversion has violated Sections 10(b) and 13(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) and Rules 10b-5, 12b-20, 13a-1 and 13a-11 thereunder, and that defendant Harris has violated Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rules 10b-5 and 13a-14 thereunder, and has aided and abetted Conversion's violations of Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 12b-20, 13a-1 and 13a-11 thereunder.

The Commission also suspended trading in Conversion securities for a period of ten business days. See Release No. 34-54645 (October 24, 2006).

1. This is a PINK SHEET LISTING, please explain how you did you DD.The only way to get info is from the company

2. If you knew your head from your a$$, you would know that it is not possible to go short on a OTCBB stock.

3. You cannot margin the above mentioned OTCBB stock.

In the last post I read, the good Dr.S mentioned that you could not be Mr. Harris because Mr. Harris would not make so many grammatical mistakes. We have since proven the Dr. to be mistaken this time. I would just take your ball and go home. You still have your anonymity left, and that is a good thing. Go Home.

What about ILLEGAL short selling. I have work too hard to be succesful in this business and Everyday I have people like you telling my clients that there are faster and easier ways to "get Rich" If it were that easy, everyone would be rich.

Secondly, using the term "naked" would inicate that you did not have the capital to cover your position in case it went against you. This is the equivalent of a bank lending you money on a house that is, at that moment, on fire.

Stupid.

I also know that CSHD will prevail, and the sec is baseless on their accusations. Their proof of bond ownership is located on the georgia state supreme court website www.gsccca.org. pay the $5 and you will see the bond ownership. i can direct you if you want. trust me me and 1500 shareholders have dd'd this company to death. we even have a shareholder in europe who bought the entire float of 42mil shares in the berlin exchange. geee how did the stock go to the berlin exchange? and how do you buy the entire float when the entire float was already bought in the us market? it's called illegal short selling. Now the shorts will have to cover at a higher price. That is why there are motives to briinging down this company, because the shorts are done. Brokerage firms stand to loose BILLIONS of dollars because of fraud and manipulation in the market.
