    You know that is an odd one… the attorney thing. I don’t know of a company worth over $5mil that DOES NOT HAVE ONE. Looks like another point to show BS on the part of both you… and CVSU.

    Yes, naked short selling is illegal. Let me explain something to you. When someone buys or sells shares in a company, they have to be cleared and registered. Yes, there must be brokers naked short selling, this is obviously why is has been halted, the short interst is greater than the shares outstanding. By getting on this forum and telling people about the "great opportunity" is only helping to perpetuate the fraud, and in the meanwhile, drive the price up so that you can profit.

    uhh no because the brokers have to honor those shares that are sold to you. just stop. sometimes you do make sense but then again you start falling again. the only thing that will drive this stock up is the SHORT SQUEEZE (margin calls based on the naked shorts), people buying shares, and intitutions buying, because it's undervalued based on the audited 10k. Have you even dd'd the auditor in this company? he works for the state of MICHIGAN. GEEE I GUESS THAT GUY IS FRAUD TOO!

    outstanding shares= Stock currently held by investors, including restricted shares owned by the company's officers and insiders, as well as those held by the public...so where's the devision involved in outstanding shares?
