Ferrari 599GTB in UK dealers - heres some pics from Graypaul

Hi there,

Drove past Graypaul in my lunchbreak today and caught sight of an Enzo parked in the showroom. Thought I would go and have a closer look as although I have seen quite a few Enzos in the flesh they are stunning and still quite a rare site.

Whilst wandering round the showroom and having a good look at the F40, F50 and Enzo they have I spotted the Black 599 GTB on display in the top corner of the showroom.

Wow !!!!!!!!!!!
This car is stunning, it was finished in a stunning metallic black with a superb red and black interior. I have not seen a 599 in the flesh until today and it has now shot straight to the top of the 'what would I buy if I had the money' list.

This colour combination and the bigger wheels were just perfect.

Most of you know that I usually take pics using my digital SLR camera but as I was at work I only had my camera phone on me. Luckily the pictures have come out not to bad but I will definately be popping back soon with my big camera.

Nice pics, the 599 has really grown on me. I’d like one in a very dark blue please. Still, star of the showroom for me is the F50. Want one soooo bad.

Yes they are fine. I always ask first and usually have to sign in at the reception desk. The only restriction they make is that they will not let you take pictures of any cars that are showing registration numbers as these are usually sold items.

Thats interesting, you occasionally read threads on here where people say about staff being rude at certain dealerships, obviously not there then.

Managed to get back to Graypaul again this lunchtime but took my proper camera this time.

I did get a few shots of the interior, however had to get these from outside the car as it was locked and all the sales staff were busy with customers.

Tim thanks for making the effort to go back to the dealer and shoot some more of the 599 model! Red and black on the door panel works well. Was this one sold or just on loan from Ferrari? At least it wasn't red with a cream interior and red carpet...

Not sure whether it was sold or not. I suspect it was Graypaul's demonstrator as it had a local registration plate FJ****.

They were using a 599 as a saftey car in monza last weekend at the world finals again in black - will post a photo as soon as i transfer them from the camera - looked smart and sounded great

What a site, the F50 steals the show though, when were these taken? i am going Graypaul Nottingham next saturday, it is rumoured the F50 is still for sale

 

From the date on the orginal post I'd say they were taken about 4 years ago.

Not trying to come over harsh but this is the second post to be dragged up, the first was from 2004? the date of the original post is on top so he had is answer there.

 

Adam recently sent me a couple of PM's about my old 355C - He told me he is 16 and saving to buy a F car - F50 will take some saving !! Good ambition

 

That is something to aim for i suppose, will take some doing though?

 

I was in Graypaul last week and the red F50 in there is now marked 'Sold.'

Some nice 16Ms, a couple of F430 Challenge cars and a crazy Phantom limo in there amongst others!
