Does "mint" imply concours condition or can it have performance modifications like Tubi, MSD, 308 brake booster upgrade, etc?

Certainly close to concours, and ideally original.

    Possibly $125,000 - $150,000.

Ideally looking for a private vendor.

My target selling price for either of mine is above that, but perhaps I can assist.
Scrolling down this 206/246 message list you'll see several recent sales. I noticed the one Steve Barney sold for $145k has a sister that has not yet arrived. This might be your chance to get a jump on it.
    I'd contact him ASAP:

Price for this type GTS is $180K and up.

Sheehan just sold on that fits the bill in that range.

$150K will get you a nice car, but not a concours winner, and not a real original car. Just not gonna happen in the limited availability Dino market right now.

I suspect it's cause folks are hanging on waiting for one more market bump up before selling their treasure.

If the car was right, that figure could be okay.

I don't have any interest in lhd cars, but I do have data for every rhd car offered in the UK by dealers, auctions and privately since 2000 (1990 for auctions).

Cartwright sold a beautiful Lhd Argento/Bordeaux car earlier this year, I'm told that it's now in Portugal (by Nick Cartwright). Seem to recall a sticker at about £80k, but may be a few £k +/-.

Only 4 GTSs/18 GTs have been offered privately (advertised in various channels) in the past 6 years. A number of these ultimately sold at auction or through dealers presumably on SOR. Private sales are very thin on the ground- good luck

If that was the one with the Daytona interior, I am sure it went for more like 90K! Nick Cartwright obviously has a GOOD reputation but his cars are TOP money! Also i spoke with him a couple of months ago and he told me that it was no longer profitable to restore these cars due to high labour costs and the man hours that it takes to do one properly, and therefore he was going to stop doing so!!!
