Yes - this is a Ferrari forum but I've noticed that a bunch-o-you have a coupla Porsches in addition to your Ferraris. I'm pretty heavily involved with PCA (Porsche Club of America, 92,000 members) as well as at the Zone and Local levels (Northern NJ - 2400 members in our lil region)

Soooo - do I know any of you?

    Stu,

I used to be quite active in NNJ PCA but that would be going back a couple of years now.

I'm sure when the time comes that we go on a run we will connect the dots and have some common acquaintances.

Stuart, I thought your name sounded familiar. Aren't you involved with PCA Concours?

Well you know me now Stu! And yes, I do have a Porsche too.

I've was heavily involved in the FCA for our region for over 18 years. Won countless awards on both local, and a lot at national meets, with a 1978 308 GTS. Those days are over now though.

    Stuart,
I am a member of NNJR also. My wife and I do a couple of DE events per year in our 996, never missing the Watkins Glen events and Porscherama. We also have a 360cs that i just picked up earlier this year. Now that i know your name, will look for you at the next NNJR event.

    Stu,

I recently purchased a 1986 944 NA that Will at Precision Motorsports is going to prepare for 944 Cup/SP2 racing. I ran bone stock and on street tires at the Shenandoah DE last month and had a blast.

BTW, a couple of the guys from Potomac told me they always try to make the NNJR events because they are the safest and best organized in the East. I don't have a lot of track experience, but I certainly was impressed.

Ferrari and Porsche - the peanut butter and chocolate of cars. :D

Hey Stu, It's been a long time. First welcome to the world of Ferrari.
I used to work with Greg Glenn years ago, I was the guy at all of the PCA zone 1 events handing out the mugs and toys. (The guy with the beard from Porsche / Audi Eastern)
Anyway, check out all the people and post's here because there's no better place to find out about Ferrari.

Yep. That was my wife and I... I stopped by to meet a buddy of mine who had his 97 black 993 Turbo S there for concour.

Don't tell me it was my CS that started your "chain of events" that resulted in you picking up a CS. :) Awesome. See you at the NNJR christmas party.

Yes.... It is all your fault! All kidding aside - when I saw your car - I knew I needed to own one... The one I found only had 680 miles on it...

Someday we need to show up at one of the NNJR gatherings and make bookends!
