cant sleep...

...lol i cant get enough sleep knowing that my 7 months wait is almost over for a yellow with blue interior F430 coupe. I posted a while back about this color combination and ordered the car. I was originally told by the dealer that the car should be here by the 12 of november but as of yesterday i was told that november 22nd is the exact arival date. Which means i got to wait till the 25th to get the car since it needs to pass inspection from the dealer and all the paper work needs to be taken care off. I dont know how many of you managed to wait for their car, but i am not getting enough sleep and the wait is killing me lol
cant wait to see the car.

trick is not to find out when it is arriving , much easier to get the call from the dealer saying it's ready to go . i feel your pain

 

I know the feeling. I sold my 360 CS and my Gallardo a couple months ago. My 430 Spider gets here around Dec 1st!! It is a painful wait!!!

The worst is that call you get from the truck driver saying he's an hour away, the longest hour of your life (assuming the car is being delivered)

 

reminded me of my friend, funny thing his car is supposed to be delivered LAST week and they said it didnt arrive yet, it will arrive sometime this week, so i always call him when i drive my F430 just to let him hear the engine noise to get him mad
his car would be a spyder, and he will join the ferrarichat after few days when his car finally arrives, (hope so)

for now i would enjoy pissing him off more as i did for the past 7 months i had my car and he was waiting for his (evil me)

 

glad to hear I'm not the only one with big X marks on the calendar counting down the days....

 

lol my friend is doing the same thing to me too. its driving me crazy

 

Tell me about that one. I was all over the place jumping up and down waiting until mine got delievered but when the truck pulls up, it makes you feel a lot better.

yes
its yellow with a lighter blue interior sort of like the maserati blue color. I have a bad memory remembering these names but its a lighter blue which isnt available in the briefcase they show you with all the colors. I took a pic of a 575 off of this site and asked them what blue interior it was and so that was done. the additional order was also yellow stitching (not a piping fan at all) and carbon fiber interior. everything was carbon fiber except the engine bay. I saw one in a carbon fiber package and i thought it was a bit too much. hifi stereo, blue rooftop(its in black unless you pay extra for the roof to be in the same color combination. scuderia shields, michellin tires, rims in aluminum finish, rear sensors only, daytona seats, F1 gearbox, carbon fiber shift knobs, and a few things i cant remember.

 

Can't wait to see pics of this colour scheme - hope the wait passes quickly for you!

The owner of this car has so many Ferraris including an Enzo plus an Enzo FXX. I think he would get bored with just another 360...
