not near really.. only shared part is 360C front discs same as 355C all round.

Depends on your point of view.. 355C better endurance brakes. 360C faster qualifying lap time (better thermal management for ~30minute stints), better performance/handling (less unsprung weight/rotating mass)).

why has it got less rotating mass if the discs are the same size, or are you just counting the rear in that?

FWIW... the 360C's that have been driven on ride days like Scott, peepee etc drove were way behind current development and not set up especially tight.

I can understand. Build a massive house, then you have to spend a fortune furnishing the joint. :p A friends parents had the same issue with a big house they bought in Sunnybank Hills, Brisbane.
And I thought PP would look after you........boy was I wrong. :p

and the answer is? the only part of the brakes that rotate are the discs, so where's the savings, unless you mean rear discs only...but fronts must be the same.

yes, peepee, exactly what I said. You understood correctly.

And the smaller callipers and pads of a 360C make for less unsprung weight.

What category.. I didnt spot any Evos* in the entries.. are you going to be in a group control/official cars or an Evofixer?

*unless I misunderstood your hints ;)

    Modern comp S I think...

not 100% confirmed yet.. last minute entry, usual mad scramble.

I don't know one end of an Evo from the other... got too many doors to be a race car.

Will just do my best as usual.

Could be the competition class.. where the likes of Jim Richards run.
Thats what I call jumping in at the deep end :)

    hmm.. comp rules though say:

Vehicle eligibility is based on sports cars, grand touring cars and cars with a competition history, constructed to 31 December 1990*.

    * but excluding turbocharged four wheel drive vehicles.
