As you can see the car in the above pictures what do you think?

We have been looking to buy one for sometime now, and in Australia you can get one for a base level price of $108k AUD... worth it or not??

Have any of you had personal experience with it and what were your thoughts?

    Much appreciated..

rear seats are to hard compared to other cars in the same range, best car i've been in was the Volvo XC90,couldn't really fault that car, after that it'd have to be the Porsche, although ugly, the car is fantastic!

we've test drove the XC90 and the Porsche, though the Range Rover wasn't worth test drive IMO

No offense, LR and RR's are scrap!

Looks good but............tThose things won't make it over 60,000 miles.

BUY AMERICAN if you can, (experts in trucks/SUV's!)

    Those are just my thoughts..

It is a known fact that you should NOT hold a RR after warranty is up. I think the Sport's were better made though..

Even heavier than the Cayenne, with less power.

Over priced LR3 that will make a BMW proud of its depreciation. Too many good SUVs on market to buy such an unreliable, overweight, underpowered PO$. Read previous thread on RR and LRs. That should help you.

That's kind of where I'm headed... love the vehicles, but too much bad press to keep one long term.

See if they will do a 6 month lease. Out of a 3 year lease, it will be in the shop for at leat 6 months and if statistics are close it wil make 5 trips to the shop per year for 15 unplanned visits. At the end of 1 year, you will be parking it in the garage and taking something else...

I think you should search this site before you make any decisions, but it sounds like you're going to buy regardless of what feedback you get.
