That is in fact what the writers said...however, I find it odd that they boasted about how fast the M5 was and how the QP didn't get too far back in the M5's rear mirrors, yet the posted the same lap times for the M5 and QP...how can the QP be in the M5's rear mirrors yet post the same lap time? I e-mailed the writer and posed that query...we will see if he responds...

Uhm .. .. higher speed in corners?

German car magazines had a lot of criticism regarding the suspension setup of the M5.

I seem to remember that was posted in the LAST "QP vs M5" thread you were involved in. Do you wake up in the middle of the night in hot sweats mumbling QP, M5, QP, M5 ,QP, QPPPPP!

Hey, I love my M5 and I love the QP too...they are just designed for quite different purposes... for a daily driver of 20k+ miles per year the M5 best suits my purpose of reliable transportation with a sporting nature...

Nothing is more certain in this world than Parker piping in on a QP or M5 thread.

That because I love both cars...if I hadn't already owned 3 M5s, I would probably be driving a QP today...

when u are on a good thing stick to it................i dont care either way, my wife loves her QP only because it doesnt look like a 530i it looks like a maserati quite simple really and i have an M3 and it looks like a 330i :(
but i'll get over it cos i've ordered a DB9S cos i want to be unique not run of the mill aka BMW and anything AMG
