I'm curious, whenever I leave my 360 for some type of service or repair it usually takes a week before they can even look at the car. What is your experience ?

Whenever possible I call in advance and ask them when I can bring it in for service. It usually takes a week before I can bring it in, but then they get to it right away or within 2 days. If I brought it in without an appointment, I'd probably have to wait about a week also.

Physical time to do a annual service on a 360 is about 5-6 hours (if everything is done) but dealers get backed up so actually getting the car into the shop is the main hold up.

Ferrari of Washington has always been good about getting me in and out very quickly. I don't think I've ever had my car there more than a few days, that includes a clutch job.

I always call ahead and ask if the technician is backed-up or ready to work on my car the day of my appointment, if not I wont take it in. Also if they have to order any parts I’ll pick-up my car and bring it back when all the parts are in.

I hate having my car just sitting around at the dealer.

I took my car in Monday for the 3 year belt service and just got a call that my car is ready. That's as good as it gets. :)

Although I took my 360 in only once (5,000 mile service), I approached it the sameway I do for my other cars. I make an appointment, the day before the appointment I call and confirm a "time committment" (not withstanding an unforseen problem like replacing a SL 55 AMG motor after only 16,000 miles). Think about it, someone will wait, but if you "train" the service department, it does not have to be you. My Ferrari was in the shop 2 days.
