Hahaha, yeah right. "only" 6 months. My friend from another car forum saw this TDF Blue 430 with Tubi tonite on Burrard Bridge. http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/634/pic014yv0.jpg
it was spotted earlier a few pages back. i believe it is the only TDF 430 with tubi in vancouver. it was sold by London Motorcars. i saw a very low km Red 360 at London Motorcars. 6,000km yr:01 www.londonmotorcars.com
Black Murcielago Roadster with top tacked on (that's my best word to describe its looks) on Arbutus and 38th today
went by London Motorcars today saw: a TDF 430 coupe with tubi, black 430 coupe, grigio alloy 430 spider, and red 360 coupe. REALLY COOL!!! (all of them for sale)
Actually saw it two days ago but what hell: Dark green Aston Martin on Hastings in Gilmore. Not really familiar with Astons but it looked to be either a DB7 V6 or DB7 Vantage.
Spotted a dark green Aston Martin Vantage parking on Nelson last night and a silver Vantage on Garden City this afternoon
A few months ago I went to look at the TDF 430 at London Motorcars when they first put it up for sale for $268K. It went a few days later and according to the salesperson, the first owner traded it in for a 550M which had a number of unusual options. It was a cash back exchange, cash back going to the 430 owner. Sorry to see that the second owner who bought the TDF430 from LM must have been disatisfied with the car. As observed, its now back on the floor for $268K again. Interesting to see they also had a red 430 with similar kms. for $288K, or $20 more, a week after the TFD430 sold. As much as I personally like TDF blue (had a 360 modena that color), the price differential seems to reflect what a local ferrari salesperson told me that not everyone likes off-colors, like blue, and they are therefore a harder sell.
This evening: Grigio Alloy F430 coupe with aftermarket rims at Arbutus and 41st Grigio Silverstone F430 coupe on Burrard at Alberni Silver Maserati Quattroporte on Robson
I think you're right, but the thing is a red 430 is just common these days. The black Coupe has been there for a long time too.
The TDF one had very few factory options...only Shields + F1, and has had at least 3 owners that I know of...just some other factors impacting the price...I also believe that the TDF one had 6k, and the red about 2.2K..(if we're speaking of the same red car)
i was there when they got the TDF f430 back, the guy that had it just wanted something new and got a ML 63 (according to what he said out loud) the reason why the red one cost more in price is a) colour - red b.) kms red had 2k and TDF had 7.9k now c.) more options on the red: shields, calipers, headliner, stiching . . . d.) only one owner e.) back a few months ago the car was way hotter in the market esspecially in red (there wasn't one in stock like theirs) btw the TDF has a tubi and is lowered (awsome sound)
i think they just sold the black, it had the car cover on it and the salesperson said it was going out sometime this week or the next.
DAMNIT. I had plan for that one with my winner lottery ticket! lol But seriously, that's my fav 430. Black on tan, Challenge rims hmmm
