FWIW, I think it's a good move. I'd go for it. Best of luck with your decision.

The Scaglietti is nice but how often do you use the the rear seats? A Superamerica can be used as an aggresive sports car but also an easy going (convertable) grand tourer for cruising around. There is also the added bonus of it being a limited production Ferrari, 1 of only 559 made. Also that color combo would look great on the SA!

    I say go for it!

You will love the superamerica, but I think over time you might miss the 612.
I have been fortunate enough to drive some hard miles in the 612 and it is an Incredibly capable vehicle for a big car and such and improvement over the 456, I worry you may find yourself missing some of the newer features.
By the way, just looked at you profile, looks like we share the same interest!
Find a place and I'm buying!!

Get it. You will never regret it.

I use mine every day. Besides being an exotic of the highest order it is an utterly competent car. I cannot give higher praise.
It is simply the best car I own, and I own many from ho hum Benzes to gullwings, from genuine supercars to a lowly 308. The Superamerica is the car Ferrari got exactly right.
