Challenge Stradale Register

Prompted by this thread http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=80536 attached is an Excel file listing US Challenge Stradales with details of the cars that I have come across. I help out the UK Owners' Club with their Register of Ferraris (all models) and this is information gathered as part of that. I don't track selling price and mileage, so they aren't listed.

Please feel free to post additions and amendments as one of my objectives in posting is to help add to the details.

If the list is missing information that anyone has please post it here so those of us who have downloaded the spreadsheet can keep it updated.

 

Hello John. The source (and date) of the information is in columns P and O of the spreadsheet. According to my notes it was listed on the Ferrari Quebec website on 1 April 2005, which is where the details came from. Sadly I haven't personally seen any of the US cars on the list. I am in the UK! Most of the information has come via the Internet. I may try and sort a list of the non-US cars in due course to post here - some of which I have actually seen!

Jeffrey, I will post an updated version of the spreadsheet in a few days combining in information from Gene's list and the PMs I have received. If anyone PMs me with anything, please let me know if there is any part of the information you provide that you don't want on the public list.

Thank you to all those who have posted additional information or pm'ed me. Attached is an updated spreadsheet of US Challenge Stadales. Updates are in red. I have added a new first column that gives a sequence number. Note that it is entirely unofficial and only relates to the cars listed (360 known so far), so if another one turns up the others will move down. (I believe s/n 138748 may also be a Stradale, but that isn't confirmed and so isn't on the list as yet).

All additional information is welcome.

I own 134640. Rosso Scuderia, purchased in August from Ferrari of Houston.

 

I own 137532. Bought it from the original owner in Florida in December 2004. Scuderia, no stripe. Spare wheel was the only factory option. Presently 3300 miles.

Question: Your list refers to US Challenge Stradales BUT perhaps you mean Challenge Stradales supplied to the North American market, which would include Canada. For example, my CS registry number is on your list. My CS is 136358. Located in Vancouver, Rosso Corsa, 9k miles. Factory options include red calipers, 6cd changer, pre-wired battery charger, fire extinguisher, hi fi sound, space saver wheel, stitchings in color. Up here, the base level MSRP was $284K Cdn or $214 US at the prevailing 2004 exchange rate. With options, freight an PDI, total cost was $296K Cdn or $222 US at today's exchange rate. To this, add an additional 17% for national, provincial and luxury car taxes.
