Way to go, my man! I look forward to hearing it. It is probably too late; but if you get a chance, consider taking US 50 instead of I-70. You'll have a blast. Dale
Day 2: Durango, CO to Wichita Falls, TX Did 750 miles today did some high speed running (1XX mph) to see how it feels ... This car is very stable at speed and tracks true. The steering feel is amazing. I have got used to the weight of the steering wheel, pedals - it feels perfect - why do manufacturers bother with power steering - beats me. I am still struggling with shifting gears smoothly - the gate makes it a bit slow and annoying - particularly 4-5. The other gears go very smoothly even when cold Pretty decent gas mileage too - 21mpg. Congrats. Like yourself I first saw the light with the '84 TR, not in person but on the cover of Road & Track and I still have that issue. I'm not an owner yet but working my way towards a probable Mondial Cab, I need the backseat for two car crazy kids. Enough about me, MORE PICS!

Wow.. .that glass bonnet.. So strange we have not ever seen this brilliant upgrade before. And the dual inlet. Did they use the OE bumper for that or a aftermarket ? Rare and nice !
Congrats on the car. It looks super fantastic! You seem to have a very good eye for photography too, so thumbs up! In fact, your scenic pics are so good, a few high res shots, for wallpaper would be great!
