    Texas!
Way to go, my man! I look forward to hearing it.

It is probably too late; but if you get a chance, consider taking US 50 instead of I-70. You'll have a blast.

Day 2: Durango, CO to Wichita Falls, TX

Did 750 miles today :) did some high speed running (1XX mph) to see how it feels ... This car is very stable at speed and tracks true. The steering feel is amazing. I have got used to the weight of the steering wheel, pedals - it feels perfect - why do manufacturers bother with power steering - beats me. I am still struggling with shifting gears smoothly - the gate makes it a bit slow and annoying - particularly 4-5. The other gears go very smoothly even when cold

Pretty decent gas mileage too - 21mpg. :)

There is nothing like a road trip in your new Ferrari. I have done:

LA to PHX in an F40
Mich to PHX in a TR
NY to PHX in a Mondial t cab
NY to PHX in an Esprit Turbo

    Enjoy the drive.......and great pics!

Congrats. Like yourself I first saw the light with the '84 TR, not in person but on the cover of Road & Track and I still have that issue. I'm not an owner yet but working my way towards a probable Mondial Cab, I need the backseat for two car crazy kids.

    Enough about me, MORE PICS!

Daniel - The vent seems to be functional - it lets in air to the front wheel well - to cool the left brake perhaps

We need to do a backroad drive one of these days - bring your 330/Maranello and lets cruise :)

    I will take some tmorrow

Nice - I am sure you will get your car soon! Best of luck in finding a good one. Steve Harris has a nice looking mondial T coupe ... http://www.steveharrisimports.com/more.phtml?method=lkup&firsthid=880&offset=0&qty=6&id= :)

    Wow.. .that glass bonnet..
So strange we have not ever seen this brilliant upgrade before.

And the dual inlet. Did they use the OE bumper for that or a aftermarket ?
    Rare and nice !

Congrats on the car. It looks super fantastic! You seem to have a very good eye for photography too, so thumbs up!
In fact, your scenic pics are so good, a few high res shots, for wallpaper would be great!
