Check this out: http://www.carad.com/status/ShowroomViewVehicle.cfm?listing=8622020 Pretty nice-I wonder what they want for it. I should go in and ask for a test drive.
Good idea! ...and ask -or better look- for the VIN!!! Its located on a plate under the co-drivers seat. Ciao! Walter
+1! at first i didn't like it, i didn't want to like it, but it has definitely grown on me. maybe we should all throw in 50 bucks? if we all chip in, i will gladly go pick it up and personally drive it to each and every person's driveway.
That is the same car that kizdan posted pics of a while back. Trust me I saw the car in person and that is the only one in michigan.
Very interesting...............as I know the owner of the car and he said he will never sell it. I have a sneaky suspicion that the owner is unaware of this ad.
Nice to see an MC12 in Michigan!! I remember talking to Dan about MC12's while going for a ride in a yellow 575M a couple years ago about those coming to the US
Did Kip used to own Detail One? That shop played a significant role in my life during high school. I went by there almost every single day. Good times.
I saw an MC 12 last Tuesday at Cauley Ferrari. It was the owners car, and it was parked in the showroom.
The car was breathtaking, and I never knew it was so long! If any of you have some free time I highly recommend dropping by Cauley Ferrari. Other than the MC 12 they had half a dozen f430's and a red 599 in the showroom.
the 599 is not in the showroom. it is being preped for the owner of the vancouver store who lives in ohio.and i suggest, if you say "stop by cauley if you have free time" lets hope you are buying something because tire kickers are not welcome. and dan, the offer you pm'd me was irresistable but we have to turn down the offer. We are planning on buying your 360 that we looked at. When can we test drive the car?
Actually, buyer and non buyers are welcome at Cauley Ferrari any time. Cauley sells a lot of Ferrari / Maserati memoribilia items, models, clothing, etc... There is something at the dealership for every ferrari fan regardless of budget. I think your statement makes it sound as if Cauley is not a friendly place to go which is not true at all(I know that wasn't your intention). They have no problem with people coming into the dealership to just look around. Obviously one shouldn't take a salesperson away from a customer if they have no intention of buying a car. Yet if they are not busy I am sure they would be happy to answer some questions.
I went to Cauley a few months back, walked around and looked at everything without a problem. I watched the workshop for about 15 minutes too. Nobody said a single word to me at all. Its like I was a ghost. Were they friendly? No. Did I feel unwelcome? Not at all. They built that facility for people to visit. So visit away.
People have to start somewhere. I believe that kindness should be repaid and Lamborghini of Troy has always allowed me to view and sit in their automobiles. That is why as soon as I finish law school and become established in my law practice, I will buy a Lambo from Lamborghini of Troy. The "tire kickers" of today will become the exotic car owners of tomorrow.
