FOA Open House

I had a long talk with them last week on this item. They had planned on having their annual sidewalk sale and open house built around awhole new display them that is coming in but it has not arrived. The open house will probably be on 2nd but not with the sidewalk sale. They may also participate in the FCA dinner scheduled on the 17th.

 

Frank Parker had the idea a couple of weeks ago, and FoA just informed me today that they have agreed to open their facility to host FCA for a private Valentine's dinner in February! That's going to be fun -- we haven't done something like that for awhile. Frank is helping to work out details -- I presume FoA will temporarily clear space in their showroom -- and we'll post it in another thread. Stay tuned!

 

I'm planning on going to the open house. I want to see that red 599. They may have a second one too.

 

No need to move the cars...

Dining for 4 on the hood of the V12's, and "2 tops" on the hood of the 8's.

 

I was just up there yesterday gawking at the two 575Ms and the F430 Spyder.

 

As it stands right now, I'll be there.

Any other Ferrari folks want to go and have an early dinner after this? Since I'll have the baby out and about, I was thinking of going to Cabernet or something like that around 6. I thought it would be fun to have some other Ferraris, so I wouldn't have to park it next to all the Lexus, and Infinity drivers up there.

Normally, that would be fine with me, but this Saturday afternoon I'm heading down to the GWCC for a Gator pep rally before the big game! But it's still a great idea for those who would be available.

 

I will be there! Although my Ferrari will not be there. The 308 is at the doctor's having her major service! I'll be glad when that is overwith.

 

Im planning on being there around lunchtime, bringing the Daytona. Carbon.... you up for that ride yet?

Can you guys believe Carbon has never ridden in a Daytona? How can any self respecting freak with a horsey on his chest show his face at a Ferrari dealer given that fact?!?!?!?!?

Wow, why didn't I hear about this pep rally? Huge Gator fan here.

 

I went to the dealership on thursday and looked at the new 599. It's impressive and I want one. I guess most people will. Look for the calendars, they have a lot of really pretty ones. Some new stuff. Got the wife a Puma jacket and I got the black Puma driving shoes and yes a few calendars.
I can't wait to get my own 599 and put a turbo on it.

Pep rally was good and the pub crawl Friday night was a bunch of fun, and they just won!!!!
