cool, but would be more impressive if the driveway was cleared. bonus points for the Z06 doing donuts :D

We're over a foot of the stuff up here, ugh. I was hoping to try out these tires again before the snow hit.

Did you try the bike just for the heck of it?

I usually start the bike every week just to keep the liquids inside flowing. I dont winterize my bike at all. When its not raining/snowing...I will just ride it around my neighborhood for like 10mins.

While shovelling my driveway out and part of the street this morning, the neighbors that came out to clean theirs as well, kept bugging me:

"Hey Pete, are you going to take the Ferrari out today, hahaha!"

Not funny! Although, considering my 308 has all-seaons on, I should've blow 'em away and actually take it out! Then they'd start talking.

Tom, is your daily-driver 348 actually going to go out in this stuff? I think you'd be alright, but I'd worry about the other drivers on the road...

Wow, you guys got a lot of snow in Surrey! West Van was more crazy than North Van, too.

Lol, we will talk again in 2 weeks. :)

hahaha - no bloody way :D high performance summers on my red g/f. Nothing as all-rounded as your black beauty. We've got 3-5km's of 6-10% grade up here - she'd have to be a snow plow with the ground clearance.

I drove my Honda out to Victoria last night - now that was exciting enough! cars in the ditch on the Pat Bay highway. More snow than I think Victoria has ever seen. Even snapped a wiper blade in 1/2 on the drive out. Just in the lineup now to get back to town.

Phil - aren't you worried about the salt in the winter road-grime?

So thats how you're our top spotter, your always out at work driving the bus! ;)

...how can you not like crowding into a bus with a large croud of people, which is wet from the melted snow off of peoples shoes, then having to travel at 5 km/h with sudden jolts of movement?

Well I definately wont be out riding my bike up and down the street for at least a few weeks. They don't salt/sand our road...so once the rain washes the snow away...its not too bad.

I love snow, but I can't wait for summer!

I own a car, I just don't own a proper pair of snow tires.

But yeah, was on bus for 2 years. I've had enough!

I hate taking the bus. Everyone says its not so bad...but when I do take it like once every few months...I always end up being the person on the bus that sits beside the smelly bum.

Today my company offered to pay for a taxi to and from work. Also, lunch and dinner payed for. I'm so glad! I would have had to take a 2 hour bus ride to Langley in which it normally it's only a 20min drive. The taxi almost got stuck on my street...it was quite entertaining. :)
