I love watches. I have a wenger with compass and also have a pocketwatch they make. My favorite however is my victorinox swiss army summit xlt titanium. All in all I have about six watches with the XLT being the most expensive one. Some great watches here! I look forward to putting on a rolex some time!

Nice piece, Ray. You may really like this Panerai. I have thirty watches and this is my absolute favorite watch. It as a auto winder mechanism that charges and releases its charge while you're wearing it. It is so damn cool. PAM 024, the 025 is titanium.

My favs are Omega, JLC and Zenith. On my wrist right now is an Omega Speedmaster Legend. Currently I'm looking for a JLC Reverso that I like.

I like your Railmaster XXL. I tried one in Zurich, it was just so big on me!

Thanks Chris. The funny thing is I have a deposit down at another store on the same Ferrari watch. This one just came in first, so I picked it up. I may be contacting you about selling the other one when it comes in. There's only 500 total of this model and approximated 130 are coming to the U.S.

Nice try. I have papers, boxes, registration and the receipt. Bought from a Panerai dealer NEW (Wixon Jewelers-call them if you like). The watch was almost 5k. You don't know your watches. I own 37 watches and know them intimately. Buy one before you question AUTHENTIC watches. Yours may be fake and that's why you are unaware of how the real ones look.

The PAM 024 has been my daily watch for the last 1 1/2 years. Love it.

I saw the 025 but it just looked like it was already 20yrs old. You know I've seen that carbon fiber looking band on the watch and it looks really tough. I'm thinking of getting one. Why they give you that velcro band is a mystery to me. I only use the rubber clasped band. It stays on real good and doesn't move around on my wrist. Damn the thing is heavy. The only watch I have that is heavier in my Corum Bubble. You could knock out George Foreman with it.

Sure u have 37 pcs...but in your dream....or they are all fakes ?

I know Panerai better than most collector....Have friends working in Panerai and I've shown them the pic you've attached to double confirm... trust me...your pic is that of a fake...the crownguard is wrong....date mag is wrong size and date font is definitely way off ! Get a life and stop boasting on this board you have 37 pcs of crappy fakes ! We have more respect for you if u can be frank with us with just one genuie pc. Get a life loser !

Brokenarrow's PAM 024 looks right to me. See:

    http://www.paneristi.com/reference/vendome/sub.html

Changes came with the D Series which included the brushed bezel on the polished body w/ minute indices between 12 and 3 as you see in Brokenarrow's picture. The date magnification size certainly seems to be just what I see in every other picture of one. Same with the date font which seem to also match the bezel markings. Brokenarrow's picture is angled which may be throwing you and your expert friends off. Wixon Jewelers is a Panerai AD. They have a website I found with an easy guess which has other pictures of the 024.

I think it's a fantastic watch, Brokenarrow! I just got a PAM 112 and am already having thoughts of expanding the collection further with a Submersible!

My three favorites: Zenith chronograph (1968), Girard Perregaux pur Ferrari 250 TdF and Rolex Daytona. The Rolex is easiest in daily use. By far.

    (PS: spot the fake!)

Look at the logo on his pic on the bottom right hand corner...That's a rep supplier !

FYI...the date font viewed from any angle is thicker than the one our dear friend posted on this board. And the screw that holds the lever on the crownguard is totally wrong !

The above are signs of a bad fake.

I can't really tell the difference, but I also bought mine from an authorized dealer. Sorry about the bad quality.
