Can you get away with the "park on the line" very often? Everytime I try it seems to be sport for people to really jam me on both sides
I am lucky here in Mount Isa. We only have around 20,000 people that live here. There are always spare parking spaces available at all times around the city centre. I just try and park away from other cars everytime to avoid the door dings ect...
I havent seen that movie in years!! Actually.............I am glad that I havent seen that movie years.
me neither dude, it's been on the telly over and over again for the last couple of years..... Pap, tell me, do you guys downunder have anything which can remind you of winter....or as close as you get to cold weather?? snow 'n $h!t??
Winter in Mount Isa is bugger all. Around 16C-20C coldest point throughout the day. Although it gets down to 0C at night. We have snow in Sydney, NSW. The snowy mountains. Not sure how much snow and how long it lasts for. But people can go skiing ect....
Front and rear plates are MANDATORY in Australia. You get a fine otherwise. Some guys leave the rear plate on and drive around with the front plate removed......until the Police pull them over and harrass them.
Lol. I was over at a Land Rover dealer last month in the 328. It was damned frightening backing out of there when your roofline comes up the tops of everyone else's tires (I think the 328 is a couple of inches lower than the 348.)
It is funny how low the 348 is. I just bought a British car that the top of the windshield is at 38" (that is two inches above your kitchen counter)! My brother asked me if it was a 'street car'. I'll have to line them both up next to the Honda minivan. Luckily we don't have any behemoth SUV's at our house. BT
