My gods, its just getting worse and worse.

The amount of online fraud could easily be made into a criminal matter now. Damn 18 and looking at 5 years in jail and being banned from the net for life is a tough place to be.

Wow. It looks like MDM has also been banned from mr.mota.com. They were selling, sorry, "brokering" a 1955 500 Mondial, not to mention the nice things they had to say about Mr. Mota. I don't think I have ever seen a self-inflicted implosion like this MDM situation.

 

I'm almost feeling bad for these guys at this point. I'm the same age as these guys and while I admire their entrepeneurial spirit I can't understand what on earth they were hoping to accomplish with these scams. They put a lot of work into a scam that never seemed to have any prospect of paying off from the very beginning. Who at 21, 22 years old wants to flush away possible futures like this? I know that if in five years time if I heard the names 'Josh Anderson' or 'Ben Taylor' while looking at any kind of car I would flee, even if it were completely legitimate and these guys had gotten on the right path. I'll very likely remember those names, and so will everyone else here. It's a shame.

I am 20 and I feel no remorse for these guys.

Make a living legitimately, or pay the price. Hopefully these guys will pay the price.

Of course, one might actually question there intelligence by claiming to be able to sell 3 FXX's, on a forum that is called Ferrarichat. More or less it is like they were insulting the members intelligence here.

 

Agreed. I don't feel sorry for them one bit, they came into this with not one legit aspect about them. They don't understand that most businesses and industries run off trust and reputation. You have to do it right from the start, how about starting with a business plan?

I was reading through their myspaces, they seem to be linked up with Dustin and crew from the "mischief, teckademics" -- gumball 3000 crew (legit people).

I do feel bad for them since they never really came on this board, it was someone else that spotted their company, but a scam is a scam, and scammers belong at the bottom of the ocean.

 

How could I have missed out on this thread? This has to be the biggest OWNAGE thread since Gentry. Very well done guys, it gave me a good laugh.

 

turbovisions.com (ben's) was the original japanese vehicle importing business. i assume that is what the skylines were sold under.

the website is now not working.

Shoot...I actually contributed to one of these hunts finally....you guys handing out deputy officer badges for Fchat police? haha.

Josh called our company too regarding a car that they have on their website, never mentioned if they were listing it on their site....it is listed on their site now, no pictures or pricing though.

 

You going to kick his as for it with the rest of them?

 

a few pages back ben was calling mr. mota a pain in the ass. and that he had all of his money handed over to him...blahblahblah.
