Yours is a genuine pc...look at the date font and pin holding the lever of the crownguard...and look at pic of the fake one...do your comparison and you'll see the difference.
Oh yee skeptics. Here is my Pam with docs. For those of you who own real ones you know the tell tale signs of a fake: 1. Triple boxes, you must have all three boxes (shipping box, cover box, wood box). 2. Serial number receipt glued to the side of the postage box. 3. Receipt from an authorized dealer with serial number matching the watch. Also, this watch is Series H (2005), 575 of 1100. Always look hard at the band, few fakes have logos on the band's metal clasp, inside and out. Also, weight. Pams are VERY HEAVY watches. All three included. Save some money and join the forum...$15. Here are my other watches. Again, some are awesome and some ordinary, but I love them all. The total collection is insured by 357 and a black belt. Oh, and by my insurance company. Let's see your collection?? Anyone have the 025 with the carbon face? Post some tight shots. I love the face, but not the titanium look of the bezel. I'm hunting for the carbon looking band for my 024.
I just got this on Friday and have not had a chance to open it. I took some photos of the packaging so you know it's not fake! ;~) Pam's got a new friend... This watch comes contained in an engine-like box which appears to be made of aluminum. It is a fairly heavy piece of metal, too. It's probably more expensive than the watch, in my opinion. Oh well... Look at his last pic..Rolex Yachtmaster...look at the hour markers and date font and printing on the dial....BAD FAKE ! Get a life loser !!!!!! And stop boasting to all when u include fakes ! Are u sure all those pics are yours ? I bet you only have pics of fakes and not the real deal..Ha ha ha loser trying to boast he's rich !
That watch is a nice enough watch, but it is all of 200 Euros. Not a watch to prove or disprove anything at the $3-5K level based on it... http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=120895& I have to agree with TMJ, your Rolex Yacht Master is certainly a fake (the first is real, the second is yours)... I've also looked at the PAM 024 and though I'm not an expert on Panerais, looking at the hour markers, the centering of the 45 minute text in its nub on the outer dial, the depth of the second hand register indent and the crown guard pin size, I would say your PAM 024 is likely a fake also (the first is real, the second is yours)... Nice collection TMJ! Particularly the last pic, I've always been fond of the Panerai GMT. P.S. It seems you like black faces and PVD!
Nice pams. A couple of those photos of are watches in display cases. Let's see a photo of them all together. Then I'll believe you have them all. Otherwise I call BS on you. But if you remember, it was you questioning me not me you.
I am delighted with IWC's 2006 pilot series especially the Doppel chrono in ceramic and the standard chrono. If u go for uniqueness....you'll never go wrong with the doppel...but if u want a daily beater...the chrono is a good buy at the price point. The Mk 16 is much better designed, as compared to it's predecessor. Btw have been collecting for the past 20+ yrs and yes...they were much cheaper back then especially the vintage Daytonas : )
Dear all...look at brokenarrow's PM to me : Private Message: PAM 024 Yesterday, 06:48 AM brokenarrow Karting Silver Subscribed Join Date: Sep 2006 Location: Txass Full Name: Bill Posts: 207 PAM 024 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I posted thorough photos of my watch and watches for you. Maybe you'll post your PAM and you collection too. I have proven to you and stated my ground. You on the other hand conned us readers here with a fake watch and you have not vindicated yourself over this childish act of yours ! Btw a simple apology will suffice....no need to ask me to prove anything to you....You don't deserve that from me ! A loser like you acting like some big FU*K demanding this and that...who in the world u think you are Bill ? Come one....tell us u owned a fake PAM 24 and Yachtmaster...and that's part of your 37 pc collection....so what ? At least owning up to us like a man instead of running away and side tracking the issue like some sore loser who just lost his lollipop : ( Get a life dude...and grow up !
Thanks bro....I always have a softspot for watches with black dials. I don't wear those pvd's as I'm sure you'll know...one wrong hit on the case and you're scre*ed ! Panerai don't offer any service for refinishing pvd watches that's been scratched : ( A new replacement pvd case will set u back approx US$3k !
You only need to believe one thing...I'm not the one with the fake stuff....brokenarrow's the one with 2 lousy fakes...thinking he can conned us into believing they are the real deal : ( How childish !
After reading the pm and hearing rereading your posts I am on your side now.... What a shame coming from a subscriber even I never would have thought. TMJ you know your stuff and can back it up. Erik
Let me share with you alittle more...this is my favourite...I've even taken a pic of the movement which no one else have done so before....to those who know's what this is...you will know my integrity here : ) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Erik...thanks for understanding my point. I'm not here to belittle others. Infact I respect all members here...even those who own a Casio or Seiko : ) But what I cannot stand is someone trying to act like some "godfather" with 37 pcs of goodies...which infact 2 pcs are lousy fakes ! Worst still...instead of apologising for his blunder...he even tried to turn the tables against me for fingering him out for his mistake ! Seriously I'm not here to boast what I owned etc...I'm trying to point out what brokenarrow had brought upon himself for conning us with his excuses and stories : (
Last but not least...just picked this up fairly recently and yes....wallet hurts : ( But I love it : ) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
