Genius!

 

Thanks for posting. I can already tell I'm going to be laughing throughout the WHOLE movie. I've been a long time follower of Sacha, and he always makes me laugh.

 

Saw this movie this weekend only because I couldn't get in to see the Bond one.

All I can say is...crude? Yes. Funny? Unbelievable.

Probably the funniest movie I have ever seen, with parts you can retell
and actually make others laugh to tears who haven't seen it.
How many movies are there like that.

Amazing.

Saw Van Wilder: The Rise of Taj last night... Not nearly as funny, but definitely worth the price of admission for the witty toilet humor and gorgeous British-accented women...

borat is one of the funniest movies ever.

 

LOL! He is so funny... Did anyone see him in the EMA's? (Europe Music Awards)

 

He comes across as simple, but the way he weaves one item into another scene is pure genius.

I laughed the hardest at probably the simplest and cleanest thing.
When he was in a TV interview and they were both sitting, then,
to respond, he stands up and gives his whole answer standing.
(So he was half outside of the camera frame)

It was so simple, but I was in tears.

I was ASTONISHED when he said that line! That one killed me.

 

I guess I must be missing something or perhaps its just that I've seen a lot of "The Ali G" show where his Borat character gets plenty of screen time.

 

Yes but you can't compare Borat interviews on Ali G to the movie. The show is funny, but the movie is something else.

 

maybe, but its the same schtick only longer........

 

Borat: Quite simply the greatest movie in the history of modern cinema!!
