Dont know. But I personally know the chief of surgery there so I will try to call him in the morning. If he is, they are going to be pissed. Though it is likely that he did call them and say, "Hey, I would like to donate some money based on what I am selling." And of course they would say, "Sure, send us some cash." That they gave him permission to use their name though would be another matter all together!

Nothing against Chicago, but - considering the needs of the rest of us here - wouldn't it make more sense for you to be a defendant in August in Monterey? If you have to be sued in Chicago, at least try to schedule proceedings when Road America is open. Thanks.
