Wow, I just had a flash: Test a base car on a Dynojet, do some engine mods, then switch to test on a Mustang. Huge net increases! If a dyno falls in the middle of the woods and no one is there to hear it, does it make any noise? Or something like that...

BTW, I am keeping a completely open mind on this thread. Well, except I don't believe anything 355nut says (j/k). :D:D:D

Leaving the dyno/HP issue aside, is there any possibility of seeing some pics of the interior work that took place on the car? I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to see pics of the completed project...

Also IIRC there was also a statement regarding the weight of the car being reduced, but I don't recall it ever being stated what had been done to reduce the weight - any more info on that?

First of all, I want to thank everyone here for giving me 20 minutes of really solid entertainment. It's pretty obvious (in my opinion) what is happening here:

    1) Bold claims are made by 335bnut about the performance of his Harmony-modified 355.
    2) When asked how this increase was achieved, very vague answers are given.
    3) When asked for evidence about his claims, none is provided, but always promised to be forthcoming.
    4) 355bnut then shifts the topic away from his magical dyno test. Now, all that matters to him is the way the car "feels" and "drives." Dyno tests don't matter!
    5) He also says that we all must "run, not walk" to Harmony to get this system installed.
    6) It is then revealed that the actual dyno test in the first place was used by a machine known to be suspect.

Unfortunately, I have to conclude that this thread, from day one, was a scheme orchestrated by 355bnut and Harmony. They both have severely underestimated the intelligence of this group! Even if this was not the case, their actions have made me very very suspect of the people behind Harmony and I would never ever do business with them (even tho I live nowhere near them).

    I hope I am wrong!

Yep, you'd be suprised how many mfg. do it. That's why we videotape all of our dynos, make sure the temprature outside is roughly the same as the previous dyno, and always use the same dyno even if it's booked for a month. Dynos are not hard to fake via photoshop or by switching a simple sensor in the dyno to allow it to read higher. That's why it is important for shops to provide as much evidence as possible. MVP has also deicded on future products to test before and after 1/4 mile times, 0-60 times, and more. You can never be detailed enough when a customer wants to spend 4-5 figures on your products.

Amen brother! Look for Harmony to return to this thread soon when they work out the "bugs" in their tests.

The real test is not the actual numbers, but the difference between before and after when tested on exactly the same equipment in exactly the same circumstances.
