    hi everyone,
ok... first, remember that this is entirely theoretical, and no enzo will ever be hurt doing this. (i don't even have a car- let alone an enzo)

so, i was looking at some pictures of an FXX and Enzo, and i thought, how cool would it be for someone to turn an enzo into a le mans style racer, i guess kind of an FXX. i thought like flat black paint and possibly a big wing. any thoughts? i was just curious as to what others would think of this

no wing. no other body additions (i.e. flaps, wings, holes, gills) than what are needed. other than that, a decent idea

Hot wheels made an Enzo model that seemed to have just that in mind, the coolest looking thing too! I've only seen a pic of it on the net though I've never seen the real one.

Also there's a video where they show the inside of one of the Ferrari buildings and in the corner guess whfat they have? A flat black enzo that looks like its race prepped, they explained what it was in the video but I can't remember exactly what it was, one thing I do remember is that they were trying to sell it, not sure what came of it. I'll look for the pic and video and post it if I get a chance.

Are you sure you're not thinking of the Enzo body that was the testbed for the MC12. I've seen videos of inside the factory and they have that flat black enzo with a big wing on the back that does look race ready and they said it was simply the prototype for the MC12.

THe Enwo would need a wing because Le Mans rules dont allow for active aero

Yes I guess that was it, didn't know that's what it was, thanks for the info.
That thing is beautiful, right up there with Shumis FXX if not cooler.

The black Enzo is indeed an engine test-chassis for the MC-12. The big box under the wing is a radiator...
This black prototype exists in prototype form in 1:43 scale (made by BBR) but Ferrari didn't gave a "yes" to a production then this one has fallen into the limbos (the BBR model I mean).
Look here (black with big Pirelli sticker) :
    http://img452.imageshack.us/img452/9563/1343kw9.jpg

As for the Davis and Giovanni cars, they were limited to 100 units and are long gone now. A few units have surfaced on Ebay. Romu in Japan got a few ones for sale but the are sold out.
Pics here (with and without stickers) :

    Hope this could help.

Note : BBR also made 2006 units (limited edition) of the reg Enzo in 1:18e scale. Colors are Black, Red, Yellow.

theres a movie on google video where someone is buying an F1 car and is in the factory. This car is in the video next to some F1 cars. This looks better than the FXX.

That's the video that I saw it in. I like the look of those Enzo GT models, personally I think they look much better than the FXX more along the lines of the F50GT which i'm absolutely in love with.
