What is the best insurance company to use in Oregon? Good rates and also easy to settle claims if necessary.

I've always used State Farm, and never seen a need to change. I've had claims and they were quickly resolved-- in fact, you just drive your car over to their claims center, they look at it, and give you a check on the spot.

I'll be interested to hear the other replies, though. I've thought about getting a broad form insurance from someone like Chubb, but never gotten around to it.

State farm turned me down because of my car being a euro model. Im currently using Hagerty $550.00 a year/zero deductible/unlimited mileage/37K Replacement value,im sure there are better deals out there though.

That's strange, they had no problems with my Boxer even though it was a Euro model. They did have to look it up in a special book, but once they straightened that out it was no big deal.

How do they even know your car is a Euro? At least the Boxer was fairly obvious since Boxers were never imported into the US at all.

I use State Farm as well. They gave me great rates on my 911 Turbo and Viper, and they've quoted me very competitive rates for a Gallardo and 360 Modena.

Derek - My State Farm agent is Fred Hornback. Were you the one who recently picked up the X-50 at Carrera?
