Jeez, how do you guys in your early 20's do it? Already wealthy from your parents (nothing wrong with that if you are) or are you .com-ers? Lucky is all i know.

I picked up my car when I was 40 years and 1 day old. I'd been saving money since I was 18 to pay for it.

commoner is more like it. spent every weekend working since i was 16 and saving money to buy a car. many friend when i was in college were buying mustangs and camareos and teh like - i saw that as a depreciation disaster, the ferrari was a far safer bet.

As long as an F40 shows up as either the next or the one after the next, Spicy will be happy.

She doesn't mind the ones we have right now...

First wife left over it........I was sad for awhile, but it passed..

New one and her Mom love it! Ever run a Cannonball with a Grandma???

    Try it......

F40 sounds better than an old carbed car padner!!!

True, but she's run the numbers and would not be happy with that amount of capital tied up...

Given my currently 8-year old, and the infant on the way, my "F-car by Fifty" plan seems about right.. I just turned 39 last week. Wife fully supports it, and it steering me from my current Sequoia shopping to either a 7-series or an E-class.. Glad she supports my love for things 4-wheeled..

Not necessarily. True, I bought my first Ferrari when I was 27, but I'm not in my 20s any more (or my 30s).
