First I thought this was a macab site that sensationalizes death but after checking it out further it really gives a perspective on life.

Most are younger and die due to car accidents, males seem to die from motorcycle, booze or drug related deaths, some just being foolish such as SUV surfing or the choke game.

Young girls many very attractive with everything to live for again victims from car accidents, many head ons with trucks or surviving the accident only to be run over when exiting their vehicle, then a few are murdered by admirerers or psycho boyfreinds.

You visit their original myspace page and as life goes the victims seem happy and look forward to the various futures they may have only then to see the posts of friends and aquaintances with some in denial they are gone or are somehow watching them or just wishing they could see and talk to them one more time.

Kind of puts a face and life to a 18 year old female was killed in a rollover accident today.

Agree we are here for a short while, most are just kids on that site never to experience what we have of being an adult and growing up and maturing, I admit I did some very stupid things when I was a kid but got away with it, the other side is some victims had nothing to do with their own demise just plain bad luck.

Yeah, I'm addicted to this site. Been hooked on this since May or so and check it a few times a week. Lots of:

    1) Auto crashes
    2) Suicides
    3) Train accidents/suicides

    I'll check them out

A lot of irony in some of the victims myspace pages as well, on girl wrote I love to drive fast and dies in a car wreck, another into motorcycles and performance gets on the back of one as a passenger and hits a turning truck at 100mph

If someone taught these kids how to drive (I don't mean the fat balding "Bob's Driving School" instructor), two thirds of the deaths on MyDeathSpace would not exist.

I agree, changing speed limits, adding laws won't help if the people driving don't know how to control a car at any speed, especially over 40.

Yes. I remember a while back when that happened.

I agree. Drivers education programs are a joke. I was fortunate to have parents and grandparents who let me drive a lot when I had my permit which I had for 11.5 months. So many of my friends had theirs for a mere 6 months and had virtually no behind the wheel experience with exception to the required 6 hours with the ex convict driving instructor.
