    Has anybody ordered the I-Pod docking station option yet? If so what is your opinion? Any pics available?

    Related question - is the headunit still the Becker "infotainment" 6112? I was told that this unit would be software upgradeable to support the iPod connector when available. Can anyone confirm this?

    Just ordered the i-pod option on my 430 expected in Feb of 07. I ordered the single play cd as I have had trouble with the 6 disc changer in my 575. I am not sure if the connector is in the glove box.

    I got it coming in my 07 Spider in Jan. You put the I POD in the glove box. It will keep it charged and dispaly all your info on the new radio that will be in the 430 for 07.

    When you get this option you can no longer get a CD Changer.

    Also you must pick eiher the bluetooth option or Nav/Bluetooth option with it.

    curious if anyone knows about the iPod upgrade to existing Becker "infotainment" 6112 head units? I've heard that it's an available item, but have not been able to get any details.

    It works as good as the radio. Sorry. Its sucks

    I use it everyday. It came in my 07 F430. It works good, but the only problem is the same that all stereo ipod interfaces have. My ipod library is LARGE (over 100GB, so the largest ipod avail is full) - and scrolling thru using the stereo to get to a certain artists takes forever. No stereo has the scroll wheel! But you can easily get to playlists, etc.
