Should have figured that out by the thread title bro. Besides, the honda had V-tec and the v-tek can never lose! I sat there while he revved up and then I rolled into a WOT.... so there happened to be a slow car beside me when I did it, I can't help that. It had a fart can and screens with bling bling wheels. Mad tyte yo!

by habit ill never do a "1/4 mile " with any car in my 348 , especially a honda, you never know when they will have an evo turbo boosted little rocket and make you look stupid.. looks like the honda in the clip didnt even try:)

I know a few guys that have turbo kits/intercoolers on civics. There are civics out there putting down 350-450 whp. Just peep youtube and a few import sites out there and you will see civics running 11 second quarter mile times all day. That would be pretty cool to see a little civic boost right on by a 348.

From my experience, those with the fast, turbo Hondas wont usually rev, or be riced out like that. They are usually cool guys.

Honda was missing stickers and massive airfoil, thus explaining the low hp.

sure a very tuned japanese import could beat a ferrari, but both not by much, and the fact the ferrari is stock..........

Actually a proper modded "Ricer" will easily outrun that stock Ferrari in a straight line. Add to that, a modded Honda with all those mods is still MUCH less $$$ than the Ferrari both to buy and to maintain. On a road course track things MIGHT be different depending on the Honda's suspension work (given equally talented drivers).

    One word...

I hear this kind of stuff all the time from Honda owners.... but at the end of the day, they still drive home in a Honda (no matter how fast it is).I'm not knocking all honda owners/drivers, just the attitude of "Well you should try racing my modded Honda" type folks. Heck my first car was a yellow station wagon and I couldn't afford a Ferrari for a long time (still don't own one), so I'm not trying to say Ferrari's or Ferrari owners are better people. I hate arrogance, but I hate the bickering about "my car is faster than your car" even more. I sat there at the light and heard the fart can go to town so I toyed with the car. Couldn't help it, it was the perfect "Fast & Furious" sequel. Did anyone even catch my quote from the movie, lol! ......"Ferrari". eeeehhh, oh well, maybe you had to be there.......

Is that one of the rental Ferraris?

If so I'd be suprised if it were running on all 8 cylinders, it still could beat a Honda though on 6 cylinders

That Honda was put to shame on the strip by a nearly 20 year old car with no stickers. That's hot!

Fully agree :) Like you, see the whole thing as totally childish... and stupid on public roads but it seems you never really did much speed. Me? i ignore open public road race offers. Let the kids have their fun and maybe check out their ride as they check out mine at a safe parking lot. You bvideo seems so, well... you know. Posting here only makes things look... well... you know.
