    Hello everyone. I picked up our first F-Car a week ago. 05 F430 Spider. I drove it for the first time Friday and never wanted to park it. I have been a huge Porsche fan my entire life, but like most people have always wanted a Ferrari.

    The car is equipped with the F1 gearbox which I was skeptical about at first, but I fell in love with it immediately. What a fun car to drive. The sound and feel are so unique and the beauty speaks for itself. I look forward to learing more about Ferrari from some of you so I wanted to say hello.

    As requested I will post some pictures of the car when I get home to my other pc and camera. I took a few over the weekend and a buddy even did a video of us going under the Kennedy tunnel in Fort Lauderdale. Talk about an incredible sound!

    No he was in the passenger seat trying out his new camera. I wanted to hear the whine inside the tunnel so we took the opportunity to do both. I'll be back down next weekend for Xmas and New Years and be at Blue Martini a lot of the time!

    It really is exciting to have a new Ferrari for the first time. When we got ours, I didn't want to leave the garage. I just want to look at it every second.

    BTW, it seems quite a few people travel from Porsche to Ferrari.

    I still have my Turbo back home for my DD. They build an excellent reliable car, but there's nothing like a Ferrari as you all know. I promise to use the search feature to minimize reposts.

    Make sure to go to the SSF monthly dinners when you can. Most of the local guys from Fchat are there pretty regularly. Also, that awesome car is going to be required at our spring party / car show in Palm Beach. Tune in to the Florida section around March / April for details. Enjoy the ride!
