Hey Joe, My daughter is calling from inside one of the rears from my first Countach, she said get my daddy a white S1 so he stops asking if he can drive mine. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Truthfully, if its an original Countach chassis, we love them all.... we are just spoiled and prefer the cars to be un-modified. Here is one thats been modified, but is in the process of being taken back to what it was.... They all need love. Joe Image Unavailable, Please Login
OK, so today I find out that "1aftercannonball" lives an active existence even in the winter.....check out those end-plates :-0 Can it be purchased?: "C'est nest pas possible!!" Oh well..... And check out the silver streak below: 1979 LP400S Series One lowbody, BUT in the 1980s they liked to put the "latest" wheels on them, so Bravos are long gone...... :-( Original "Klippan" 4-point harnesses still in it though. Very cool (Johl's car had these too). LP400 Periscopas all had "Britax". Joe NB - Thanks to "Supercar Photo Collection" for these and other images below. More of "1aftercannonball" being used... ...driven hard and put away wet??? Say it aint so.... Note the Ferrari Testarossa following respectfully behind. Joe Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
There is something sinister about a black Countach of any kind... Joe Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Strange wing on "oneafter". Silver streak is beautiful, interesting that it is not on the Registry considering the source. I find myself looking forward each morning to see what images you guys have come up with, keep it up please!

Hi Joe, This car is in the Netherlands, but I'm sure you knew. Here's a picture I took of the car in action last June. forgot to write the number down at the event, do you know it? Ciao! Marcello Image Unavailable, Please Login
LOL. Bill, Glen has over two thousand (yes that 2,000!) cars that he has not had time to upload on the registry.....but, we are trying to keep the registry alive by the commercial activity I engage in. Judging by the interest in this thread (see # of views), I think there has been a long-overdue renewal of interest in what was in its day the most stunning car of perhaps all time to debut on public roads. Bravo for the Countach! BTW Bill, those are simply custom end-plates stuck on a standard Countach wing. Joe www.lamborghiniregistry.com PS - Anyone interested in the silver Series One??
It is a two-valve 5-litre car (LP5000S), and my records are only good for LP400 & LP400S, BUT I will check with Glen he may have it archived for the registry. Nice example. Having had two different examples of this particular variant, I can say that the Euro LP500S is very 'raw', but driveable. Oh, and did I mention that with a straight-through "Sport" exhaust fitted, following motorists report that it throws three-foot long flames on the overrun? :-0 Joe
I note it has 5000S/QV type mirrors and the front parking-light lenses are the opaque Annivesario type too. Nice in black though. Joe
Joe, I guess that the interior was changed in 1aftercannonball. The registry has white / white, it looks like the interior is red. The search continues...
