    I'm looking for help in locating models of cars I've owned over the last 46 years.I'd like an excellent Ferrari 360 spi.,black,f1,shields($100-200 ?) I'm also lo oking for good quality ($50-100 ?) 52 MG-TD, 54 Jag.XK-120, XK-140M,63 E-TYPE,all conv. 60's Alfa Guil.Vel. 75 Corvette t-top, Porsche 911 t-top and cab.(993 & 996) Jag.12 cyl.sedan. Morgan +8. are the prices right? What size and make would you recomend? Is there a good reference book available? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Jim,

    For 1:18 research purposes a really good resource is Scale 18's "Search the Huge List" section: http://www.scale18.com/cgi-bin/page/search18.html.

    It will at least tell you what has been made and then you can go on the hunt via eBay and all the stores.

    If you do a search on FChat, you will find all the highly recommended sellers as well as the ones to avoid.

    As for your black 360 spider with shields, I would recommend calling Cavallino http://www.cavallinomodels.com/Home.htm (FChat sponser) and they will make you a copy of your car.

    Here are pics of a blu NART/cuoio 550 with shields and Ontario plate they did for me (on a UT base):

    Id say given the range of brands...try E.W.A.

    1/43 scale has the most variation of availability....good luck!
