I worked in parts / service for a dealership when these little cars were new,
there never was a paint code issued for alloy wheels of any manufacture.

FNA told us to use Volvo alloy wheel paint to touch-up wheels, keep in mind this was 25+ years ago...and no I do not remember the Volvo paint code!

    Cheers!

I seem to recall the paint code was F101. Try doing a search on this on the usual sites - sorry I don'thave time to do this today for you.

That would make sense. My car is now painted F101 and there is no pigment in the paint! It is 100% clear carrier and fine metallic. Would look great on wheels. My wheels are later 328 wheels but I can't swear that the finish is original. Either way, you can check out what F101 look like here. :) The car is pure silver. It was a really blue-sky day the day this picture was taken, thus the bluish tint.

The correct wheel color was made by Glasurit, code F101c . Most Automotive paint stores should have a cross reference for it. (I bought mine at a Carquest Automotive parts and paint store)
