damm, i actually would be in NJ for this one, but I dont have a license anyone need a passenger?

 

Hmmm... I have a DL but don't have a good-enough car for this... Willing to cooperate... Would you be up for it?

I've got another vette guy minding (driving) my vette in detroit lol. I miss it so much i think I will call tomorrow and have him hold the phone up to the exhaust.



This run sounds like fun - i am not planning on getting trashed NYE. I will bring the audi again.

 

I'm out... I just think that there will be many many cops out no matter where you go being cautious for drunk drivers and looking to give DWI's and not looking for speeders either.

Hey Joe -- tell you what; I'll roll in my run with yours and will help you with a route.

Here's what I'm thinking:

We meet downtown in Manhattan right off the WSH (just north of battery park), from there we just head north on the Henry Hudson/Saw Mill to one of the rivertowns where we can stop and have a nice brunch or somesuch. How does that sound to everyone?

NJ State police claimed I was doing 103+ on the parkway....The one time I wasnt speeding, I get my license suspended.

 

Excellent! Representing the Audi crowd!

 

a cop stopped me once he says I clocked you doing 120
I replied I was heading to 160 (while smiling to him) but you stopped me.
I got away with it because I knew a friend of his in the same precinct .

Ladies & Gents - I need an accurate head count so I can make reservations to eat, so please post up if you plan to come. This will be fun! If not shivam will let you drive his car while he waits for his license to 'mature.'

It would be awesome to ride in the coevette. Ill make it to the meet by taking a bus into NYC.

 

Hey srry i missed the last run, got into some trouble day before no biggie.
yea i would go just giuve me a time and place to meet, and a good amount of cars. If i come i will mostly bring not only my skyline but a vette to.

I am hosting a party but if I can kick everyone out early enough and clean up, I could use a drive.
