It's one of many. He also has a Pontoon fender Testa Rossa, a 375, a Maserati 3000 (I think) along with about 40 other historically important cars, all with race history. Everything from a Gullwing to a D type Bugatti. Almost all of his cars are either unrestored, or very carefully restored. He has a tour about every 60 days or so, by invitation only. But if you google Dr. Fred Simeone, I believe a phone number for his museum/foundation comes up and he'll take your call and add you to the next tour. I don't care how far away you are, if you are into vintage race cars, this is the collection to see. I have a ton of pictures, anyone who's interested PM me for a link. Dave

ahh it looked like ontario plates didn't even pay attention to the cars on the WRONG side of the street!
Oh snap !! that hurt no doubt. Yup its Ontario place alright, when was it, do you know ? Cant make out the plate...but im sure its fixed and back by now. Any red/blk 360Spiders for sale in the autotrader right now ? You know, the ones that have 10,000 oringinal Kms, never been touched, perfect car...you know the ones. I bet that baby shakes like Richard and Ali at 120.
Bro, since when do we have BP (British Petroleum) gas stations in Ontario? That first pick is funny, imagine the view those blokes drinking beer got of this guy crashing. How about the kid making the funny face right behind? Damn, sucks to be this guy. Good seeing you bud. Stick around for a bit! Happy new year.
Phil Specter is probably best known for finishing the Beatles "Let it Be" album after they broke up. He carries a lot of weight in the music industry, or at least he did when there were real musicians...
yeah i noticed after that is definatley not here i guess there plates are simliar to ours, also the steering wheel is on the WRONG side.
and we definaltey do not have palm trees my mistake. now if i had nothing better to do then lurk in every section i would have noticed, thank god the REPOST POLICE with nothing better to do and are on the case.
More info....http://ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=132570 Its true, Australians do look alot like Canadians.... Image Unavailable, Please Login
OK, I 'googled' 'Superformance', 'superformance problems', even 'superformance death' before I came across (AUSSIE)Peter Brock's death.... thought this excert might be an interesting read... "Here's where these two Peter Brocks intersect. Actually, they have multiple times; Peter Brock is not a common name -- like Steve Smith, for instance -- and the two men were quite friendly, with much in common aside from the perpetual confusion, which amused both of them. So when the Australian Peter Brock was killed, a great number of people, unaware there were two Peter Brocks, began showering American Peter Brock's "widow," Gayle, with condolences. So many that she had to mass-e-mail a statement that said, in essence, thank you, but it was our friend, the Australian Peter Brock, who died. Confusing? Yes, but it gets more so. The Australian Peter Brock was killed while driving a car that some news accounts referred to as a "Shelby Daytona." Yes, it was, coincidentally, a replica of the American Peter Brock's original car. However, it was not the Superformance version built in South Africa, but a look-alike product built in Australia. Compounding the confusion was that both Peter Brocks attended Goodwood, a huge British event that celebrates racing history, a week before. Add that the Australian Peter Brock was killed near Perth in Western Australia, which many news accounts abbreviated as WA. The American Peter Brock lives in Washington state, abbreviated WA. " taken from: http://www.cawsnjaws.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=9757&sid=e94c5fa5c481119f5871c73e0c8fcadf B-Mak, you erred when stating Brock died in a Superformance product! All that to say is Google may be a friend, but, in my few searches, Superformance has more good said than bad! Best, Sandy maybe I need the 'right' words to Google???
Has anyone here taken their F car/ normal car on the Toronto Indy track on Lakeshore? Before or after the race when the streets were closed off? A bunch of guys (motorcycles) and I would sneak into the track late at night once the race was over, the streets were still closed. How could you resist!
Hey shooter not sure if you are talking about me but I don't go to all the sections. I just try to whore 2 or 3 sections really really well that's all As you said all you have to see is the palm trees and the BP gas station. 2 very good clues that it's not the EX like Grim said LOLL
Sounds like fun. BUT there is absolutly no way you were able to race the whole track. Just the odd section. The EX is full of cops, security and all kinds of people at anytime especially during race days. I know the CNE inside out. I worked there as a kid for 9 years (summers). I could barely get away to **** the dog and take a nap let alone race a "Duc".
