look at all the pro athletes! those guys can buy whatever they want and some are younger than me! LeBron James is exactly one year younger than me and i know he has a RR phantom, a bentley GT and a few SUV's! youth doesn't equal broke
I think it's safe to say this guy is not Kimi. I don't know many F1 drivers who make their money via royalties from some mysterious invention. How many current Formula 1 drivers are there? About two dozen. How many have contracts / salaries that allow them to buy an Enzo... and are in their early to mid 20's? Hmm, lets see... Alonso, Massa, Raikkonen, Button That's it. Four. Count them on one hand.
That is true but we are not talking about pro athletes. We are talking about a guy who claims he makes his money from some dubious invention.
ahhh first post got me excited for pictures... then I trailed through 8 pages of discussion only to find a few pics (thanks whoever posted them up) but none of the authors car
yeah I hope he does... but I agree... I wonder what the enzo of the 2020's will be when I'm around the age of buying one..
OK Michael how about this? you live in Hampshire, i fancy a drive so how about you sending me a PM and arranging somewhere in Hampshire where i can buy you dinner, if i leave now i can be with you in around 90 mins and we can have a talk about women and Ferraris
"fourth@ Napolis, for a guy with so many Ferrari's, you seem to forget about ANUAL servicing" Cars with 850 KMS need to be driven not serviced.
Age is not the issue here. I know a 22 year old FChatter who is on his fourth modern Ferrari and now he's shopping for a Lear Jet (cost more than an Enzo and MC12 combined). Of course, he doesn't claim to have made some secret invention, nor does he post about buying something before it happens. There are several things that Ferrari_Michael has done to lead me to believe he's full of it. He came to this site acting as if we have never met a young person with money before, bragging about his supposed Enzo purchase. Then saying he's going to make some more people mad by saying that's he's also considering a MC12, which just makes me think he came here to try to get attention. Well, he's getting attention now... I'm very appreciative to Enzo owners like Jim and Ali who share their experiences, photos and knowledge with all of FChat. If Michael does have an Enzo, I'd love for him to come back and prove us all wrong. I'll be the second person to apologize to him, right after Dr. S.
Just to clarify one of the points raised earlier in this thread: It is entirely legal to drive lefthand drive cars in the UK. No righthand drive Enzos were made and all the original UK cars were Euro-standard versions (i.e. with a letter 'B' as the eighth character of the VIN). Enzos, like F40s, F50s and 288 GTOs (all lefthand drive only apart from a handful for the Sultan of Brunei), are traded across countries. Many of the cars now in the UK were originally delivered elsewhere in Europe and I imagine a number of UK delivered cars are now outside the UK. Importing a Euro-spec car into the US is another matter... Jonathan
Matthew, He doesn't have to do anything... but it does not make sense to me, that someone would only be willing to post pics of "their" Enzo, which they have not bought yet... but would be unwilling to post pics of the other cars they have "owned". Just doesn't pass the common sense test to me. Does that mean there is 0% chance miachaels not being truthful, of course not. But, if Michael is who he claims to be, he must be intellegent. And an intellegeny person would realize his claims are somewhat fantastic, and would be viewed by some with skepticism... Michael could easily provide some pics of his cars, assuming they exist, to gain instant credibility if he chose... but he has not. Why? Why would any enthusiast object to posting a pic of his other ferrari's but be willing to post a pic of an enzo "when it arrives"? I'm a skeptic... you are not. But, I suspect in your financial matters you are more likely to show some skepticism... Matthew, Just out of curiosity... if you were buying a 5-10 year old ferrari or lamborghini and someone told you "all service was complete", would you ask to see the records? And if the person refused to show them to you, and refused to tell you where the service was done... would you still believe them?
Hi mattymouse33, I think it's very commendable that you give these types the benefit of the doubt. I see F-Chat as merely an enthusiast's forum where people with a passion for Ferraris and exotics come together to have fun. It isn't an owner's club, and most members here don't own Ferraris, so I don't understand the impulse for someone to come here thinking he has to impress in order to be taken seriously. Ferrari_Michael, All you need to do is post pics and own us skeptics!

Totally agree. The MC-12 is awesome, but that Enzo is SO beautiful. I would love to own that. Ferrari_Micheal is a very lucky guy to own one at his age.
