who ever believed this ****? i've been bustin his balls since day one.
I was really pissed off about it earlier guys. Matt was one of the very first people who I chatted with via PM on FChat. I thought he was a good guy and I stood up for him in several threads. I also was stupid enough and childish enough to get involved in his attacks on Karen. Even after I finally learned about his Boxer lie, I was still naive enough to believe that he was a good guy. I thought that it took a real man to wright an apology and explain everything the way he did. I feel like I was conned, but it was really my fault for being naive. My comments earlier may have been harsh. For that I apologize. Without trying to sound harsh...I think Matt has some problems and I have no desire to ever have a friendship with someone who lies for no apparent reason.
The comment about the guy talking to the President of Ferrari N.A. at the L.A. auto show i thought was kinda funny. Those people at car shows that like to go behind the ropes to see a Ferrari all look like their just there to be seen behind the ropes. The whole setup is totally cheesy and takes away from the Ferrari image in my mind. That said i'm a casual laid back don't flaunt money kind of person. Still gives me a laugh though.
The guy from ferrari treated matt so well because he was probably still trying to sell matt the idea. Ferrari isn't gonna say, "no we don't want money." It is a business.
NNO, your heartfelt evaluation truly defines the magnitute of the issue, 'cuz you are one sick puppy....yo' self! LOL! But it's OK ya'll .....really. Ferrari ownership REALLY defines the meaning of that old blues tune.. "Is it too late, to change my mind?...." It's the last thing Enzo driver's hear...airborne...towards the trees... Move along....nothing else to see here....move along........
Ok Noah you and I argued with you on this thread a while back. I will have a helping of the dish below and admit you were right. I am not touching them greens though. Image Unavailable, Please Login
This type of stuff goes on in the exotic car community more offten then some of you could possiably imagine. I deal with these cars and the owners/dreamers everyday, and the stories I hear and lies I have caught people in would make Matt look like a saint. Sometimes these cars and life style that is associated with this type of product, gets the best of people and they get all caught up in thier own BS.
Well, I just sold my GT4 to TBakowsky for the grand sum of $1 million. He has since sent it off to Italy for a full restoration and will post pics soon. I've taken the money and purchased a barn find original 250 GTO which I have since fitted with a snow plow. I am now making money hand over fist cleaning peoples driveways...
Matt might actually be at the factory picking up his car as we speak....thus his delayed reply to all this
Umm it was on its way back and the container it was in blew off the ship and sank in 30 thousand feet of water. I have commissioned the US military, and the Ballard Institue of Oceanography to perform a full search and salvage operation using the Hughes Glomar Explorer as the recovery ship. I'm financing the entire project myself in order to get this car back as quickly as possiable. It will have to go back to the factory for a redo of the resto however. I think its worth it. Just waiting on a reply to the emails I sent the military and Ballard..but I think they are on Vacation for the month.
They could film the sequel and find "The Heart of the Ocean" that the old lady threw overboard in the end hanging on the gear shift when they bring the car up from the depths.
Nice try Tom, but I'll have you know that I have owned the HGE since the Soviet sub "incident" and I have it docked at a secret location in Muskoka.
Great shot Chris. I sure would like to tour down that piece of road. In what part of California is that stretch located?
