The F-50/NSX is japan and its done on a highly modded NSX making 420 to the rear and some other mods. Thats what I heard over on the kitcarforums, its pretty nice if you ask me i wouldn't mind owning it.

Iv'e seen some horrible attempts as far as ferrari replica's go very few turn out like the real deal. The Coyote is by far the worst one iv'e seen.

Iv'e thought about building the Mythos along with the Lamborghini Cala and a Diablo 6.0 VT roadster. If I recall somebody over on kitcar.ca is doing a Mythos replica from a cad program. I Want a CALA!.

Now your getting the idea behind the purpose of replica's. Concept cars never made production so thats where kitcars come in.

Look at the Alfa "Carabo" Concept of the late 60's, i would love to have one of those in my garage but I highly doubt they will want to sell there only concept to me and if they do the chances are your looking at well over a million dollars. The next best thing is to buy an Aztec7 kitcar which is basicly a Carabo replica.

The Cala and the want for a Diablo 6.0 roadster is the main reason why I took major interest in replicas and kits. There were two lamborghinis I wanted that never made it into production.

I might be wrong on that, but I thought the Mythos actually had limited production run as the "Moroder" or am I mixing here up two cars?

Anyway, I have thought about a replica of the Modulo on TR basis, but have to admit that would be way more than I could ever do. But I will applaud anybody who has the gutts to try any of the concept cars. Just as I thought it was a terrific idea of Chris Rea to rebuild a 156 F1 from scratch.

Actually it is featured throughout the movie "La Passione", which btw is an absolut gem of a brilliant movie that has not had enough recognition. The more I watch it the more details I see and the more I love it. It is also amazing how many parallels there are between the movie and real life people. A must see for real Ferraristi.

Thats pretty much where kitcars orginated from was the market for conceptcars that are production. Aztec7 is a perfect exsample of that.

Iv'e also thought of the Ford GT-90 concept but that would be damn near impossible.

The headlights on the "Diablo" give it away that it isnt real.

Not really, if you saw that car driving on the streets you couldn't tell if its a replica or not. Thats what they call a "repoduction" a mission impossible replicar where you can't tell the diffrence between the orginal or the real deal.

Plus the headlamps are indeed 300ZX headlamps but the orginal also uses 300ZX headlamps so it really doesn't matter. They just look very clean.

If this had been a real Lambo or Ferrari, there wouldn't be that much of left. Ever seen a 360 after a fire? A pile of ash is all that is left. Here you have at least the spaceframe.

What is funny though is the typo in the name: Countash, as in count the ash that's left. :)

It was probably more than capable of outperforming the orginal Countach which is the main reason why it cost was so high. The Prova Countach replica's back in the day where running for 120k and would more than outperform the orginal, cost less to maintain than the orginal and the best part.....its built on an Ultima. Those kits would probably still give trouble to any modren day supercar with an updated vette engine and such it would give any Enzo owner a headahce at the track.

This one was powered by a Corvette ZR-1 engine which was more powerfull than a standard countach of that era. Also keep in mind a typical Countach replica is based on a Fiero chassis and its really hard to find one based on its own tube chassis. If you find a countach built on a custom tube chassis chances are it won't be for sale to long because somebody will buy it even if it is extra crispy.

LOL. I know one guy who hates replicas with a vengeance yet brags about the implants he bought for his wife.

I see implants the same way as replicas: As long as they're done right I have no objections.

Plastic surgry is ok if you have a serious birth defect or need reconstructive surgry but other than that its just plain stupid. If she doesn't like herself its time to find a new man bottomline.

Replica's on the other hand is like the ultimate Model kit in my view, everybody has atleast got to build one in their life time to expericance how a car should be. No BS from the factory, you build the car the way you want it.
