They are probably vacant because nobody can afford them. Glad I bought a home 10 years ago, have you seen what people are paying for these places and what rent costs every month!!!

The average household can't afford the average home. Not by a long shot. They can barely afford the average condo now. So if their only option is to rent from landlords in the red you've got to wonder how long this can last.

A client of mine just left and we were chatting about RE here.........a month ago he was thinking about buying a condo for his daughter and has decided not to........she can rent were his words.

He checked out STELLA downtown on 12th.......there were 15 "for sale" signs up in the building, and numerous "for rent" signs.........and he heard it was 75% unnocupied.

Well somethings definately got to give. There will be more people living on the streets in no time. Can't imagine having a good paying job and not being able to afford a home to live in.

If you live here and/or are in our neck of the woods you absolutely have to try my friend's restaurant.....PULCINELLA...... www.pulcinella.ca ....it is located in the old Stromboli location in Kensington. Dom Tudda has been a client and friend of mine for 15 years, so my motives for recommending his place are out of friendship, and the incredible effect their food has on my taste buds.

He went to Naples in Italy and learned how to make authentic Napolitano pizza......it is without question the best pizza I have ever had in my life.....and they make the "best" TIRAMASU in the world.......

    BTW....he's Italian....but a multiple Porsche owner....he wouldn't have it any other way.

Hi Jeff, as far as I know tickets are still available. We went last year and stayed near the airport. I booked online and got a better rate. We found that we were a little far away staying at the airport, it made for a about a 30 minute Metro ride to the track and about a $30.00 cab ride to downtown. Hope this helps.

    Mike.
