Good find. I seem to remember Schumacher giving rides in an F360 at the ROC and cracking the windscreen on the bridge jump!
I hate to say it but I seem to remember one of the young drivers beating Schumi around the course while they raced 360 Modena's. I recall thinking to myself what a feeling that younger guy must have had and what Jean Todt was thinking watching Michael lose in a Fcar. A truly amazing event though! Schumi is the man no matter what in my book.
Heck, Massa beat Schumi in 360s too, that year, (and another young Brazilian beat Loeb in the rally cars) -- but they DQ'd the younger drivers for "touching" the edge of the course on that round. (When you hold the ROC in Paris, you lose the crowd if the Champs lose in the first round.) That track was appalling, though: Plywood over futbol turf.
Schumi never raced Loeb in his Citroen WRC car. If i remember correctly, Schumi was not allowed to race in any other manufacturers cars outside off the Fiat group! The ROC buggy he raced was not a problem due to it being made for the event !
