I am having an opening in conjunction with Luxury Ride

Hey guys, I am having an art opening in conjunction with the Grand Opening for Luxury Ride, in Studio City on Feb 24. This is going to be a star studded event with many film and mostly music industry celebrities. This is going to be a first class event.

The event coordinators do some very impressive jobs, Grammy parties, and the like. $80k will be spent on this event. I won't mention any names but trust me, you may get a shot of some star not wearing panties and arriving with her girfriend from Paris. Witney Houston will be there so you know there will be plenty of drugs.

HMS, they are just setting up operations. They cater to a high end client, a lot of music industry people. The white Bentley was just sold for over 171k used. It was Brandy's brother who is an upcoming R&B star riding on the coattails of his sister.

Anyway, they are connected. Chris was good friends with Justin's Dad before he passed away... rest his sole.

This really should be quite a party.

We even discussed ideas for a Saturday VCR type gatherings. He wants to have, get this, a free BBQ on Saturdays, with food and drink, just so we can hang out like we do at the VCR. He wanted to do it on Sundays but I told him not to interfere with Dusty's operation. This could be really, really cool. He has a HUGE lot for parking. He owns the property from the corner of Colfax, (Killer Shrimp too) to the Budget rent a car a half block down the road. 20 mill mortgage. He plans on tearing down the existing building and putting up a two story curved facade, glass frontage, to the corner building, and the rest of the property for mixed use. High end Condo's on top, and retail on the bottom. Starbucks, high end restaurant and the like. He has big plans.

Probably more info than you need or wanted, but I just finished an espresso so I'm on fire.

Be there or be really square.

I just can't wait till our karting day this Saturday. WEEEEEEE, that's gonna be fun.

How are you getting there? Scott's driving, his SUV me thinks and I'm catchin a ride with him. Are you driving? Do you want to hitch a ride with us? I think maybe Surj will be hitchin a ride too.

 

Dan and I are heading out early. I just got a new kart, so I'm going to do the low rpm break in stuff around 7:30 a.m. Thanks for the offer and I look forward to seeing the gang bright and early.

 

Jon, you got a new cart??? What's the deal? What did you do with your old one? And why? Is it a shifter?? Is Dan gonna bring his?? Enquiring minds wanna know. Hey, that's gonna be unfair. How are we gonna keep up with you??

 

Got a Rotax 125. I'm giving up 25% hp to the old shifter, but I think I'm going to like it a lot. I sold the shifter to someone at work. Dan is bringing his kart, but we're not running them with the gang. We'll be in the same karts as everyone else so that it's fair. Dan and I are going to run around 7:30 a.m. and then for about 15 minutes at lunch.

D, I will introduce you and get you guys talkin about it. I think it can happen when he does the redevelopment, he is a very receptive person to forward thinking. The development of the property is down the road of course.

I invited both Chris and his GM Stu to come out to the VCR Sunday. I think Stu may come out in the Vantage, and if Chris comes he will probably bring one of his Lambos.
