I visited Wynn Ferrari today and found a low mileage 612 they are selling at a reduced price because they say it is a Euro conversion with few if any records. It just does not feel ok so I think I will pass.

I am (preferably) looking for a black/tan or cuio combination.

I understand the 612 may be upgraded soon - is this true? If so, how long a wait. In the meantime, does anyone know of a very low mileage U.S. 612, owned by a friend or offered by a dealer who originally sold the car?

As some may recall, I sold my 360 with 5,600 miles in pristine condition and bought a 430. The 430 is a great car. My wife and I want another car with a "back seat" (kids) and have looked at BMW's, Mercedes, Audi's and Bentley's, but thought we would have some fun instead and thought, (what the hell), let's start the kids off right and put them in the back seat of a Ferrari. Any ideas? - Best

Only idea I have is I hope me and my wife have the same mentality with our kids :).

If you search around I bet you could find a good deal on 612s, all they do is sit on showroom floors it seems.

    try this link.

    http://ferrariusa.com/index.php?page=preowned

This will get you a list of preowned 612's at Authorized Ferrari dealerships. Select 612 Scaglietti from the list of cars and then go from there. Good luck. Like Townsend said there are great deals on the 612's so I don't think it will be too hard to find one you like.

There are rumors that the 612 may come with an AWD option soon. Spy photos have appeared that suggest an AWD 612 is definitely coming. Someone today said production may be stopped on the 612 for a year but who knows for sure?

Good starting point, but FYI, that link is in no way complete list of cars available (from authorized dealers). Dealers have to add their cars to the list. You may want to spend a little time searching each dealer's website...

great point. Also new/unsold 612's will not always appear on that list as well.

and don't forget to check ebay!!! who would've thought...i bought a Ferrari on ebay...no problems at all...

i'm the one who just bought the 612 w 43k miles...

the huge grin just gets bigger when i get behind the wheel...

any questions you might have i'd be glad to answer regarding how it is owning this car - which is btw - bloody amazing.

one other thing: this car's appearance and presence really grows on you - if you don't like the way the car looks in pictures, it really is something in person...it's "presence" is very powerful

    cheers
