January 26, 2007 -- Strippers at the Scores West club who took the hands-on approach to exotic entertainment found themselves in handcuffs yesterday - but not of the erotic variety.

Four strippers at the implant paradise - and two of their bosses - were charged with prostitution-related offenses for offering to take undercover officers, who were acting on a tip, into a back room and pleasure them for money.

The cops spent several hours inside the temple of titillation at 528 W. 28th St. looking for violations, sources said.

They were told that if they rented a back room, they could receive sexual favors for $200 to $700, the sources said.

One of the girls assured the cops, "What goes on the back room stays in the backroom," a club worker told The Post.

Arrested and charged with prostitution are Karina Vasquez, 32, and Nicole Green, 23, both of Manhattan, Marianna Nasyarova, 19, of Brooklyn, and Colleen Matthews, 22, of Livingston, N.J.

The prices did not include rent on the back rooms or private dances.

Two club bosses, Eli Iskolsky, 36, of Brooklyn, and Gustavo Kiste, 29, of Staten Island, were charged with permitting prostitution. They were all arraigned and released except for Green, who was held on bail.

A fifth stripper, Zamira Cardenas, 28, of Bayonne, N.J., was also arrested, but charges were dropped for lack of evidence, authorities said.

A Scores spokesman referred all questions to the lawyer for all six suspects, Mark Bederow, who said the charges "are nothing but allegations."

He said all of his clients "are presumed to be innocent and maintain their innocence."

The club was open for business as usual last night, but the talent was tight-lipped.

"I don't do anything like that," one dancer said. "My mother would kill me."

A manager, who refused to give his name, said the cops are "hitting all the clubs. They went public with us because we're Scores."

The West Side version of the original Scores on East 60th Street is, like its big brother, known to be a haven for horny high-rollers and the host to kinky celebrity parties where young actresses like Lindsay Lohan have graced the stage for fun.
