i put this question in the technical section but might as well ask other owners here as well....
i am considering a 456mgta that i found but the color scheme bothers me. it is silver with a crema interior....not the most traditional....
anyway, has anybody got any experience just redying this to black for example?

Its very easy to change the interior on the 456 and 550. IMO dying is not the best way to go, it never looks factory. Remove your carpet and have a trim shop cut you a new one using the old one as a template. It will take some work and is very possible. Get some quotes for the job and see if its worth it before buying the car.

Ross, I find that color scheme very appealing: elegant, cool (temperature wise) and better looking than the typical BBQ black interior.
    Just my 2 cents....

In my opinion very bad idea too extreme of a color change carpets not a problem to get blk made but re-dying the leather is a very bad idea, you have to get new skins made which is $$$$ and the value of the car would drop as well keep searching for a proper blk intr. car
