I have a browse over the Porsche offerings on carsales from time to time, and it seems theres a number of cars that have been advertised for months and months, anywhere up to 6 months i reckon Theres a 993 carrera S widebody on there for $109k...used to be ~ $115k....it must have been for sale for 6 months now. There was another 993S for $115k that was on there for several months too This is a pretty collectable Porker model, why would it be so hard to shift?? Run of the mill 993's ask anywhere up to $90k so $20k premium for the relatively rare and special S doesnt seem too much...?
Ditto Ferrari. Must be a prestooge thing? My mate has been looking for over 6 months for a 360M Man. to a max. of $200k. $200k for a 99' is a fair price for one, its well OVER wholesale.Full marks to GA for not budging on his price. He is very patient! M
yeah but that doesnt surprise...Ferraris are somewhat more of a 'specialty' item than dime-a-dozen 911 carreras
West was a root rat.[Lucky him!] They even coined the term "bat-sandwich" for him, he was "on the job" like 24x7, ahhh to own or run a TV Studio.... M
"back in my day we didnt need a fibreglass batman outfit....nope... that was pureeee West" or something to that effect
great stuff OT - but i also love Robert Goulet's cameo at Barts Casino goulet "are you sure this is the springfield casino?? i better check with my agent" nelson "your agent says SHUT UP" goulet "....Vera said that?"
There just are not that many around. Glad I off loaded my 2001 manual for $315k, I would hate to think what it is "worth" now. A mate of mine has a very nice 2001 manual; but I doubt he would part with it for $200k. More likely to park it with the other dozen or so F cars that he never uses!
Well done, its worth i would say around $220k now. As above, it has a market value [for a 01' 360M] of around $220k, any more and it can be "parked" on Drive/Carsales for months with the others... PS If you hear of any please inform me, thanks M
Yeah it was "ok" as it was supposedly "worth" $275k at the time. Trouble was I bought it new and had over $400k in it including mods and options. New cars suck.
well i have PHR005, u wanna buy that, 8000km 2000 model 360 challenge, only driven on sundays (except for classic adelaide), motor been done twice, ready to drive away no deposit finance available (to approved purchasers), comes with extra set of wheels and current seat belts. this thing literally flies.
and i'm talking E46 M3's not sure on the new one, doesnt quite seem right with a V8. Plus that rear badge is bigger than most korean cars
Yeah; but it will go like a cut cat with 410hp. The CSL version is supposed to have 450hp this time around. Still looks like a crap Bangle design to me.
***** maybe; but unfortunately a "correct" one. Gunna park it in the corner rather than flog it for 30% of what it cost me.
in typical german fashion BMW is now after benz with this HP crap, benz make a car with a zillion Kw and what it dont corner, the M3 was/ is the epitome of driving a car hard, now with traction control off this thing will be like all german cars..............autobahnesques
i'm not gonna sell mine either, not worth it...............will drive to melb GP this year, never been on gr8 ocean road with it b4.
