Please help Can you re-program a black key with an original timing belt or does it depend on which weight oil you are using?
Funny **** I had to go all the way back to the earliest of pages in this thread to get some pertinant info regarding "battery tenders". You guys know what the latter pages dealt with-----------or do you? The 101 part? - - we can go south (or north) with any subject Cheers, Hank
Neither. It requires you first figure out how to use fully the OEM radio and then replace the winter air in your tires for the Spring. Then during a full moon, put a potatoe between your knees, face your arse towards the moon, and then the fob will program. The timing belt is probably too worn to do you any good at this point. Check with Rifledriver when to change it!!!
I think we have milked this old cow, and its time for a new one. How about a posting on changing shift levers to the earlier 308's...mine is too long, I feel like I am driving a school bus Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here is the drill. Cars with computers or ones rarely driven will not start after three weeks or so. I learned the hard way about this and here is my advice. Most will allow you to hardwire to the battery and plug in when desired. When in the garage, leave plugged in. Unplug when you go for a drive and replug when you pull back in. I have done this with my Lotus, my Modena, and with my 575M. No problem. cheers!
Listen up. You make the choice. First pix with Battery Tender. Second pix without Battery Tender. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
